Repeatedly attacking staff, saying "biased", "defend each other" doesn't help with your situation. Also, look at the -1s please. This is highly unlikely. Be patient , wait it out.

From logs and your history on our server I will -1 the appeal, I think the staff handled it well.

+1, as i mentioned before in my previous posts about kitty, she can be very hot headed and say stupid shit, and she has done stupid shit as well as made a lot of enemies, but personally i have mever had any such problems with her, i feel a lot of the times she felt she didn't get the representation or support she needed added to said frustration. If kitty can chill out and apologize for what she has done then i see no reason to keep her forum banned. I'm not trying to justify what she did or say, but give some sort of insight on why it might have happened. Good Luck kitty.

You were being massively toxic and arguing with staff. Even as Salazzle said, even if you think it's not an argument, doesn't mean it is not. I was doing what I thought should have been done by that time, until we saw your previous ban by Salazzle himself for abusing !calladmin and being toxic. I believe the punishment was justified and within some boundary of reason. Parasect was doing what I told him to do in the situation because you've been told again and again not to argue with staff members. And secondly, Jerusalem is actually a place in the world where you can be considered Jewish, even if you don't agree with the religion. So yes, in that point it could be both a religion AND a race. tldr: You were previously banned for being toxic, then you came on the server again being toxic, trolling and arguing with staff. Let's see what the higher ups think. @Bello @Egossi @mrnutty12 @BlankuChan

This seems like a case of "okay, I can't spray nudity. I'm going to find the next worse thing, that I perceive as allowed." The problem is - even if it was allowed, it would still be causing discomfort, to the server experience for some users. The best advice I can give, is to not border-line rules. They're not set in stone and are constantly changing. The defensive of "this isn't against the rules" may not slide. We could decide to make it against the rules in a heartbeat. If it fits basic guidelines, like causing a disruption to game-play or triggering a reasonable amount of understandable discomfort. But in all fairness, we would clarify the rules and reverse any lasting moderation, if this happened. And anything that required us to increase server bans, would get veto'd unless absolutely necessary. I've gone ahead and removed the spray restriction. Your spraying access has been restored. Thanks for creating a spray ban protest on our forums. We're always willing to respond and look for a beneficial ways to clear up misconceptions. ~Thread Closed~

I usually like to give it a little bit of time before unbanning someone who was permed, cuz u kno its a "permanent" ban especially on the case when I'm the one who bans someone. To be honest I don't remember what happened at all here but I tend to trust my judgement give it a few weeks of playing on the server and if you aren't a dick you'll most likely be unbanned

I told Para I wasn't arguing with him and that we changed the subject about my previous gag and yes feel free to check my history. Love you checking that shit. Check my previous names. My names can pretty much act like little agents. Whether it was me as Macky, Cowboyneer, or what ever I got in trouble for I don't care I wanna be ungaged and see less biased staff. Thank you.

The only people who complained about it were people that didn't like fun, lol In all seriousness, I enjoyed sand quite a bit, which is why I spent so much time on it when we put it back on jb2 when jb2 was still a thing. Idk if I would agree with some of the things people are saying about the map, like getting creative with gamemodes on the map, considering last I remembered very few of the games actually did anything. If we are wanting to bring back old maps I would seriously recommend legojail, when jb2 was still a thing I got together a group of people and we played on legojail quite extensively, now granted (if i remember right) it was removed due to lag problems (at least that was the main problem i think, along with games not working), well we found an actually older version of the map that ran perfectly fine, since the one that was on jb1 all those years ago was a beta map and still had bugs, so we just put the old one on jb2 and it worked fine. I can take some screenies or something of legojail if people that have never seen it want to see it or whatnot.

Also to add, I was gagged before this one for asking if it would be gay to fuck a strap on and the reasoning I was gagged: Trolling. Yep Tatost is the 2nd most abusive admin I've seen on this server. So I ask again will I be ungaged or no?

Can I be ungaged though and also my staff disrespect was saying to Para that Parasect is a bad Pokemon and like I said staff will take each other's side in heart beat.
