Update: Thunder created the account and this thread with the permission from Flareinferno. However, for some reason Flareinferno told me it was not him. This has caused a bit of confusion. Well, MVM isnt really a server we can populate, the only times it is populated is when xG people decide they want to have fun playing MVM. If thats really the only reason we have the MVM server then we should probably turn it into uberupgrades, its basically mvm on steroids. In my opinion UberUpgrades is way more fun than MVM just because of how OP you can get. Also uberupgrades actually attracts players and I see a lot of uberupgrade servers full all of the time. I dont even know if this is possible but that would be nice. Is this possible to do? @Bello @Vexx Also for everyone that disagrees please state why you think so!

So just to talk to all of these guys that have -1'd. First of all I feel like all of you have just disregarded my last post saying that @Tatost has tried to say sorry to @Vargas 5 times but vargas has disregarded him each and every time. Also most of you haven't seen Tatost since hes been demoted because he hasn't played on the servers you play on, I have seen him on DR and Pokemon multitudes of times. I know that you guys haven't seen him but he has explained to me that he 1: Understands what he did was wrong and is very sorry for it considering he has tried to say sorry to Vargas 5 times. 2: Swears he wont do it again. Two of you that have -1'd are saying that he is still immature, Tatost literally told me that he has not seen you both since the incident. ??? I'm not trying to say that the -1's are not justified, tat still has stuff to work on, but you are giving false reasons as well. That is all I really wanted to say. hope i dont get flamed

It hasn't even been a month since the incident and his harassment of another member as well has his awful attitude towards people who were trying to tell him to relax was incredibly bad. He was giving multiple chances to stop this and he kept on persisting the issue that wasn't even the guy's fault. Saying sorry is fine, but that doesn't mean he should be let back into xG so soon. i would give it a few months and actually demonstrate to the community that he has changed, and not to the ones in his discord. Even before this incident there were issues with his maturity that i personally didn't like but this was a whole new level. Until then, i feel it's too soon to bring someone back to xG especially when he was blaming everyone else for his own problem.

Town's objective is to wipe out the Mafia and Neutral Killing and Neutral Evil roles. Mafia's objective is to wipe out the Town and Neutral Killing roles. Neutral Killings' objective is to wipe out both Town and Mafia, along with other Neutral Killing roles. Neutral Benign's objective is to either survive till the end, or pick a role during in game. Neutral Evil's objective is specific to roles. Pros: ++Well made, simple and good at being what it's supposed to be ++Extremely fun to play with or without friends ++Wide variety of roles +Has competitive and casual options +Most players take games seriously which makes games more immersive +Good for roleplaying without being considered extremely cringe Cons: -Players can be really toxic (I am one of them) -Occasionally there is someone who goes AFK and throws the game -Reporting system is weak, still needs improvements -Hardly ever any cheaters in competitive as matching up with specific people isn't allowed, but a lot of cheating goes on in other modes Final Thoughts: It's a game you must be looking for if you are into detective-like games. And even if not, since it's free to play on the website, you should definitely give it a try.

First of all Vargas doesn't need to accept the apology. Apologies are nice, but action makes speaks louder, i haven't seen tatost once, since being let go from xG on servers or on forums. He has to be the one to initiate the change, no one is going to go out of their way to see someone has changed, the person who wants to demonstrate that can go on other servers or apologize to the person he has wronged. I haven't heard an apology from tatost when i tried to tell him to leave an individual alone and he just completely ignored what i said. I don't think you read MY post. I said i think it's too early to apply for membership because he got let go from xg only 3 weeks ago, i argue that i believe 3 months is more fair punishment. You are contradicting yourself, you say they aren't justified but then say they are false reasons? That doesn't make sense, how is feeling that only a month since being kicked seem like too early to bring someone back for being very rude and harassing another member not a valid reason?

No point to delete the post from sick since you quoted it, but I agree we do NOT want another giant megathread of arguements over something that can be discussed in a civil manner. I do not know Tatost in servers, so I will not give a vouch one way or the other as a higher up, but I will say his activity on the forums is good and it's nice to see him giving input when he can. Aside from that, I wouldn't give him a +1 until the members who were involved with Tatost all vouch him and the TF2 higherups also give him a +1.

He said sorry 3 times and got spoopy and vexx to tell vargas sorry for what he did. I think he recognized what he did was wrong and he wont do it again.

I guess it did look like i was hacking since the map was surf crzyfrog, and if a player stands close enough to a thin wall, you can see their shadows through the wall because of the glitchy light engine. Also, I didn't protest this earlier because before I played tf2 I played minecraft and on small pvp servers, i always got banned for "hacking" so i had this mentality in my head that I wouldn't get anywhere if I appealed.

I can get behind this, I wouldn't say the MvM server is getting any level of foot traffic that's going to result in any major protest if it is removed. An uberupgrade server seems not only more likely to see visitation from regulars, but also potentially pick up a steady population of randoms.
