How is this actually abuse? You didn't provide any evidence that you weren't disrespecting or trolling, literally a screenshot of the mute.. It was a 30 minute mute, fix up your behaviour and you'll be fine. And by the way, after said gag/mute you just insulted him because you didn't get your way.. Not really helping your case here. -1 for punishing Elcark.

Your email provider should have an option to categorize emails from the website as spam, even if they aren't, just if you don't want them anymore, just consider them as spam and there ya go. Nice btw, you guys have my SteamID I think..let me know if you need it ;)

Atamoose joined this morning saying that he was kicked from his town, he doesn't believe he was actually kicked, so it was probably a glitch. He also said all of his advancements(achievements) were reset. To me this sounds like his player file got messed with for whatever reason, probably a way to rollback that without rolling back everything on the server. @Aegean @Amylicious @XHina_sanX

I think we all get that point, but the member of question himself probably didn't even know you were telling him anything. Banning someone for not reading chat on a server that the chat always goes fast is immature in my opinion, you didn't try anything else except saying it in chat over and over again. Sure he can get banned for harassing people, but the main reason of the ban and what you've been arguing against was his name.. if it was that much of a problem isn't there a /rename command or was that removed? Idk its been a while. If he was harassing other people constantly, MAKE SURE he knows people are telling him to stop, if he knew and he continued, then ban him for a day/week or something, but a month because his name was bugging you? Sounds pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Like has been said before, warn (make sure they understand the warning, or even saw it) ->kick(With reason included in message)->And THEN ban(With final conclusion on the matter). I always let the procedure stand for the day I first warned someone, if they did it again in the same day, then I would take a different course of action, then the next time however long after that I wouldn't be so lenient.. But two years later and you are still holding him to the fact that he was banned THAT LONG AGO? Seems a bit off to me, like you have some hard feelings against him that you let effect the ban even though staff are SUPPOSED to be unbiased, the way I take that is a staff member is not supposed to give someone more time on a ban just because you don't like someone. And that's what I'm getting from all of this, but ay.

Isn't that when you should've kicked instead of banning..? Not everyone in the game reads chat, I do agree a month ban was excessive, I think you jumped the gun here when you saw what happened years ago. +1 for shortening ban a little bit.

Any ETA on staff and guest permissions fix? People keep getting their stuff destroyed since they can't make a town, just asking for a few people.

That's correct, the way towny works it doesn't allow monters in towns at all, pretty sure pig/cow/etc spawners would work. If you ever test having a spider or whatever follow you and walk into your town, it will despawn when it walks into your claimed area. Since this thread is basically done I won't say anything on the matter, just wanted to comment on that specifically. :P

Theres a glitch right now with the potions in the shop, if you were to purchase one it gives you a normal water bottle, not the potion. Also, I saw Grapes420 exploiting another shop glitch. When you click on buy sugarcane, it gives you 65 sugarcane, and not 3, he was repeatedly buying sugarcane and selling it. Guests also are not allowed to make towns or set homes, it's saying its an admin only command Edit: The spawner shop signs are also messed up, they are locked and need to be unlocked so people can buy from them, so those need to be unlocked as well.

Well then honestly I must be misunderstanding something here. You're main complaint was that people won't want to sign up on the forums just for some "junk item". Right? Who knows if they would or not really? Like I said I'm sure there ARE people that appreciate things like this, even if "it's not good to sell" or whatever, not everyone is a trader in this game, they might actually USE the weapon or whatever they might get from the bot.

Then maybe ask if someone else on the server wants it? To be frank its rude coming to the forums complaining about a FREE item that you didn't want because you can't make money off of it, make someones day who actually wants it instead of being unappreciative. I'm sure there's plenty of people out there who would appreciate the items the bot gives away. And let's be honest here,we both know you wouldn't have crafted it even if it was craftable.

I can understand not wanting crates and such, but like people have said, it's not like you're paying anything to get these items, its literally just for playing on the server, I guess no one can be pleased these days lol. And if its an uncraftable spec ks then maybe USE it like it's meant to be instead of instantly trying to flip a profit, eh? Oh well, I like the idea personally of the plugin.

Because apparently defending people is a crime ;) But seriously, how the fuck do all these goodbye threads become flame wars? If someone is leaving, then have a little bit of respect, and maybe be a bit more mature (Skeletal as well. The comment about Tuna was completely unnecessary, if you didn't like him I'm sure most people knew..I mean for christ sake you were an Admin, not makin' a good impression for new people.) and keep it to the pms, no reason to literally reply 3-4 times to the thread "lets take this to the pms and keep it there", it just throws more in the fire imo. I give props to @Tatost for defending his friend however, I think he's improved, I hope he continues to improve as well, you can't call someone immature because they don't want to see their friend get hurt, that's ridiculous to even say it is.
