      Health class is one of the more important classes to take or at least have some knowledge about. At least where I took my class, we were taught about STDs, STIs, drugs and their effects on the body, the importance of physical and mental health, how to properly conduct the Heimlich maneuver and CPR, etc. Plenty of important things, most of which you may think "oh yeah I know this already lol," but I can almost guarantee that you didn't know the specifics- just small details like the name or some shit.
