Well, with past problems in mind such as: Editing your own weapon attributes, the bach situation, your attitude constantly getting worse with players, using /rof and killing random players, and once again deciding to change your own weapon attributes, I think a demotion may have to happen. There have been way too many incidents to look over this time, sorry rejects but it's really the only thing I can think to do.

I've discussed with rejects quite extensively in the past about the issues, and he promised me issues like this won't happen again, and he knew he was on his last straw. We will discuss among the other higherups and make a decision asap.

+1 Going to admit that me and Grape worked together on this because I was one of the people who suspected Rejects of using commands to make his firing speed faster after what happened in the past with his Rocket Launcher. Nothing was said on the weapon like it would if there was an added attribute but it makes sense that he was using /rof. Love you man but you can't be breaking your own rules. You should be enforcing this, not doing it yourself.

A few years ago something similar to this situation happened in xG.

 

The minecraft DL Arthman was using a plugin on the server to put enchantments on his gear in order to gain an advantage against other players. Now, I don't know all of this logistics of tf2 but this sort of abuse is unacceptable and one of the reasons as to why Arthman was demoted despite his very successful division. From my understanding rejects has lied about this in the past and continued to put buffs on his weapons with the assistance of his DL powers.

 

This pretty much brings up two problems.

• Rejects can't handle the position of Division Leader and any power that comes with it.
  
• Rejects is not to be trusted if he has lied about this in the past and proceeds to only come clean once he has been caught (which can be seen as some sort of damage control).

I've seen Reject's minigun do more damage and shoot faster than a normal would, heard it spin up faster as well.

I'm not doing this as an attack on Rejects but rather as a justification of what actions he's been convicted of from my POV

Whenever @Kypari or @BonfireCentipede go in Spectator to spectate him he switches of Heavy and confronts them about it, further adding suspicion that he's doing something wrong.

This is a issue regarding responsibility of power rather than personal attacks against Rejects, I feel that isn't the right way to use your powers.

I've also seen Rejects use a Shotgun he's created to kill @BonfireCentipede alone which was extremely overpowered and unfair.

 

I am glad he's come clean to all this but regardless that enough doesn't justify what he's done; from what I've read this isn't the first time so I trust action would be taken as it's the right thing to do.

The shotgun was just a meme, He didn't actually use it to kill me but everything else here is true though.

This thread is really disappointing.

Rejects has done great work, really humongous amounts of work and he is definitely more experienced when it comes to server stuff than me.

I mean, we got VSH back and it's actually really great, all thanks to Rejects.

But Rejects, I really don't know what's going on in your mind. It is beyond me why you'd go back to abusing after everything that has happened.

Rejects does care about the clan, very much, I believe, there's no doubt about it. -> Why else would he do all the work for our FF2 server.

We spoke for a good two hours about the incidents that happened previously on TeamSpeak, you seemed like your position really meant something for you and that you wouldn't wanna lose it.

You promised not to do it again, but here we are.

I'm not even mad, angry or anything similar, just a little disappoined in Rejects.

I'm not sure if he should be demoted, yes, he has really fucked up, but I, myself, couldn't even get to his level of server experience.

I really don't think Rejects does realize what he's doing. Whenever he does things like that, it's probably just some harmless fun for him which I can't blame him for.

No, it does not. In no way am I implying that it was justified whatsoever.

Really, I'm quite unsure at this point what to do. I personally wouldn't want Rejects demoted, but if you're looking at everything from an unbiased perspective, you have to admit that it's pretty bad.

He needs to learn that he can't do shit like this. Obviously Rejects cares about the clan a lot and he is very helpful but I don't think he is mature enough to handle DL right now. I would personally demote him and repromote him once we can see an improvement.

Im holding off my opinion, I've seen rejects use his root access against players maybe once or twice but it was times where it was appropriate and humored the server, however seeing the specification he added to his weapon in the attached photo is rather abusive.

 

I am not going to -1 or +1, but I just feel that something should be done in-order to prevent further issues in the such, I'm not saying demotion but maybe limitations on root accessibility.

Pretty much, all of this. The man knows his server side stuff, and without him we lose a large chunk of our ability to fix and customize our servers. That's a big thing to note, demoting rejects lessens what we can do with the servers, None of our other current higher ups are as savvy with server coding as rejects.

 

 

That being said, continuing to do something you've been warned for is not a good look at all. I really dont know what to say here. It isn't as simple as just demoting him because we don't have someone else who can do the job as well right now. But there has to be SOMETHING done. I love my baby Rejects but this is not good. I'm neutral for now just because I don't see a good option either way, but damn.
