I personally don't have a problem with tatost becoming mod, so long that there is extreme caution. I also believe @Giraffes' point is a valid opinion. 3 months is a really short time which is why in the original member submission i didn't agree with him joining especially after such a short period of time and it's fair to say that he doesn't believe that he could have changed. Also friends are going to support friends no matter what, bias or not you just gotta learn to accept that @Giraffes, that doesn't make their opinions any less valid. Members who knew received little to no punishment, just staff If you're only referring to the thread ONLY than absolutely not. What you did was way worst and it was why your membership was terminated. Not going to vouch but good luck @Tatost, it would be nice to have more pokemon trade moderators.

I ain't getting involved. All i'm going to say is that Brian yes had a history of doing this. I have nothing against brian and i am friends with him but i won't deny that he has done this for a little while but even then i personally didn't have a problem with it because it wasn't so bad to the point i punished, however that is MY opinion. not sure why i'm being mentioned and why this is brought up but cool bro thanks.

As mentioned before he has a huge problem with people killing him but he also has a problem with the admins in general @Elcark warned him not to use certain buttons on MASSCC and he instantly threw a fit cursing all admins and left the server before we could even talk to him. Then when I tried to add him to talk to him about his behavior he refused to add me.

I just hope you all chill out, @Kypari i know how it feels to be on the outside of an opinion, and others should respect that, but don't start the fire if you don't want them by ridiculing someone's hard work, which i'm sure you understand. Also, i think silence understands that this is a work in progress and i applaud him for the hard work, but remember people, we are a gaming community, and just try and relax and take people's opinions better. I would recommend higher staff warning people if they start to get too disrespectful. I'm sorry if i'm saying what the higher ups are saying but it's true. All of your opinions matter and all of you are beautiful people. Also, others shouldn't just mock someone else's opinion or try and dumb it down because that only frustrates them further. I'm not on either side, i just think everyone here could of done a better job in communicating their opinions. Love you all friends.

In the months the map has been on the server maybe once or twice question the drawing and you know what happened? when we answered that it was artistic and nothing about it was inherently sexual. Their response? "Ohhhh okay" I mean I don't see how it's so hard to just tell them and they eventually understand it. We don't need to keep getting more and more and more specific with rules when you can quite honestly just tell them the opinion of the upperstaff and use discretion. This is seriously a non issue.

There is a major difference that's already been talked about to death between art and porn. I cannot for the life of me understand how you guys are comparing this picture to say something like actual sex or other creepy shit you see on objectors or sprays. There was also a clear difference between this picture that was drawn to those like abstract who had straight up Pokemon porn. @virr And the higher ups already talked about this and concluded that it was fine so I'm not sure why we need to edit this when the higher ups already agreed to something that wasn't even that long ago.

The picture is hardly worth anything to throw a fit over and the fact we are now deciding to tarnish a dudes map without his permission, With our own logo no less is so scummy. Seriously it's just a nude woman made from lines. So fucking silly.

I remember @Rhododendron said, never, ever again, because of his depressive state and his threatens of suicide as well as other problem. He was warned multiple times and is the reason we have this rule in place now. He has had a lot of support over the years as evident in threads but many are just unsure of the decision. For some reason with this new search feature i can't find the ban protests. This decision isn't up to anyone but silence. I'm not sure if i support him getting unbanned or not but i do believe he deserves his voice be heard and it has been a long ass time. If i had issues with Duckii jr, i honestly can't remember them at this point. This clan has changed dramatically and has shifted over to mainly being full of people from the TF2 divison so the only people who can really give a good perspective are @Chrono @Aegean @Forest and @Rhododendron but the decision ultimately falls onto Silence. From the demo cappy provided. You can honestly have an argument that he is hacking, it's incredibly suspicious when he snaps to an AFK scout behind a wall. It's also the way he snaps makes it all the more suspicious. Personally, i am support that shining is using some sort of aimbot and wall hack to track players. -1 for unban because i believe he is hacking from the demo provided based that he snaps to a player behind a wall, even if you knew he was there, there's no reason to snap to a player behind the wall. Also even if the evidence to ban him for aimbot/wall hacks isn't sufficent. i believe keeping him banned is the right thing based upon he's advertising hacks and he's very disrespectful from his chat logs, and from personal experience in meeting him. He also is a very disrespectful in the demo saying slurs and just trolling. ntgete.dem

Are we just going to ignore that in the chat logs, he's advertising hacks and @Vexx told us, that even advertising hacks is a permable offense? If we are perming for advertising hacks then shouldn't he stay banned and just change the reasoning to advertising hacks/trolling? Because if not, then we have to talk about this. @Aegean @Vexx @virr @Sesh @mrnutty12
