I wasn't aware that Elcark wasn't approached until he mentioned it himself and i assumed that he had been asked and accepted the position. I believe it has been sorted now and I'll make sure it doesn't happen in the future. As always, thank you for the valuable input<3

To expand even further on what was already said. This was the first promo/demo where the new system was introduced and all the old member apps (up to a month old) were included in this one. All the other promo/demo's wont have the same amount of members.

Hello Everyone As a most of us already know, we hold our staff members to the highest of expectations. You guys are a big reason why so many players choose to enjoy xG servers every day and we put a lot of faith into your abilities to solve conflicts and issues that may appear. However, that also means that whenever that trust is broken, the disappointment we as higher ups feel is equally as great. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and that’s fine, but when those opinions start affecting your ability to uphold the rules and guidelines we have all agreed to follow when we play on our servers, there’s a problem. The decisions made for this Promo/Demo have been discussed extensively over the last week. As always, we take every concern of yours seriously. If you think the decisions that were made are unjustified, feel free to message a higher up privately and we will do our best to answer any questions you might have. This Promo/Demo is one of the bigger ones we’ve had in awhile, and will most likely be very controversial. As much as some of us like drama, I would like to remind you all to try and keep the discussion civil and level headed. Witch hunting or harassment of anyone will strictly not be tolerated and will most likely lead to forum/server suspensions. Multiclanning has never been ok and is never going to. If you are an xG member you can't call yourself a "dankmeme420gamer" member too. The reason we do this is because of competition. We don't want xG members to support other clans that are competing with us, for obvious reasons. I've looked around a bit on idleserver's website and i cant find anything that makes it seem like it's not a rival clan. I'm not trying to be an asshole, but we are fairly strict on multiclanning. The fact that the first thing you did after you signed up is post this made me a bit cautious. Attacking or accusing you of multiclanning was never my intention, sorry about that.

Before the server goes live, please make sure the staff roster is up to date. I think it's important for people playing to know who has powers and whatnot and the current one is incredibly out of date.

Honestly, the best solution would be to throw all of the smaller off topic ones in one big section, call it "off-topic" or "irl" or something. Would clean up forums a bit and maybe see a bit more traffic

Uhhh, have you spoken to any higher ups about this? I'm sure there's no problem, but i wouldn't call it an "official" team without the approval of higher ups.
