For a while we've been playing skribbl.io, a game where people draw and others guess what they're drawing. It's a very fun game, I think we need to turn it into a division. Can we get a role on discord for the skribblers?

Tree, My friend, I love you to death. You are an absolutely awesome dude, a supportive friend, and a good player. That being said, I don't feel like you show those sides of yourself on the server. You need to open up to the community in game a bit more and greet people with a smile instead of a troll Lenny bind or going mute when others are around! Knowing you personally and knowing you on servers is what makes this hard, I believe you have potential to be a great mod, but i'm not sure if now is the best time until you can break out of your shell a bit on server. For now i'm going to stay neutral. P.s. Tree, keep trying and you will get it, you've already come a crazy long way from 6 months ago :^)

Often you break rules (albeit you slay for most of it) Blatantly disregarding other players, not listening to mods/admin having to coerce you into following rules.. that's a -1 from me. Bear in mind that if you change the way you act and become what I think could be a good member, I'll deff +1 you.

The few times I have encountered you, you have been immature, been blunt to people and spammed lenny faces in the chat. Not exactly a hard -1, but I definitely want to see some improvement on the servers.

or they might just not post there at all, or do it in another non-xg discord, or somewhere else. that's the entire point of testing it for a while, you can't just assume theyll post dumb shit on the xg discord elsewhere

I personally have not used the #shitposting channel much, but it seems to be the stem of a lot of drama and toxicity nowadays, and it's honestly getting annoying. Honestly I don't think it's fair to compare this to that spray situation. We have several rules in place for sprays because we don't want porn or gore on our servers, and sprays didn't end up getting disabled because in the end, we can all be mature enough to choose proper sprays, even if there are a few problems here and there. The shitposting channel however, has very few rules or regulations, and pretty much serves only as a place to be immature and toxic. The channel is literally called shitposting, after all. With the spray situation, sprays were going to be removed because of the actions of a bad few, and that was unfair. But this time, the bad few is the majority. Again, I don't use this channel much, so maybe my input has less value. But I personally don't like the idea of a shitposting server in a community like ours. We have a lot of rules set in place to against immaturity, toxicity, drama, and explicit gore/porn. Yet, we have a channel on our discord where none of those things apply, and people can do everything they can't normally do, like post explicit things, spam, and start drama. I don't like the behavior it encourages, and I don't believe it falls in line with the rest of the server's beliefs. If you really wanna shitpost, talk about drama, or post gore or porn or stuff like that, then you should really keep it off our discord, and make one of your own. +1 for its removal.

There is a huge disagreement on whether or not "aged up" shit is allowed, and sometimes it's pretty hard to determine whether or not it's loli/child pornography. Basically impossible to tell without a huge fucking poster behind their head saying "I AM OVER THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT!11!11!!!" e Still annoying for staff members to moderate something that is 100% up to their discretion unless it's 100% obvious that the girl/guy is too young. (Usually only possible with anime characters that have been given specific ages, and don't have child-like features. This means that the "I am a 1000-year-old dragon girl. Despite me having the physique of a 10-year-old, I am legal" argument doesn't exactly work.) You keep making the exact same point over and over. "It is easy for staff to handle these situations." No. It. Is. Not. Server rules don't apply to the shitposting channel. That is why spamming and other things are allowed there. The most I can really do is give the people who like shitposting my sympathy, but when people are constantly violating the TOS on our servers, it doesn't exactly look too good for us. This is a pretty damn good point.

Basically what I mean by this is that archiving is playing it safe, while just deleting it is more efficient. I'm 100% for removing the shitposting channel as long as we don't have our brony/furry/other fetish children bleeding their discussions into other chats. I don't specifically hate people who have fetishes (feet, furries, bronies, etc.), but I have some moral gripes with people who are interested in shit like actually fucking animals or children. There is a *huge* gray area when it comes to determining whether or not something/someone is too young in a pornographic picture, which then leads to incredibly long and pointless arguments. In my honest opinion, I don't think we're half as mature as we should be when it comes to allowing NSFW channels. If people can't accept that their porn is against TOS / not favored among the rest of the populace, then we shouldn't have an NSFW channel in the first place. Just having this thread posted sparked an incredibly long argument that should not have to be discussed, thus proving that we're nowhere near where we should be on maturity regarding the subject. Now, I'm not saying those involved in the argument are immature, but rather it just shouldn't have happened at all. Evidence and claims were provided for at least one argument, which is pretty good for a gaming community. tl;dr - Arguing over what is or what isn't against TOS is stupid. If something is constantly causing problems and breaking the rules of our platform, it should be extinguished, no questions asked.

Well, what can I say? Today on may way to get a flu-shot someone was texting and driving and collided into my family's car. Luckily my family wasn't hurt at all however, I was. My arm got a bit messed up but I am lucky enough to be able to get it back into shape in just two days. I will still be able to play on servers however most likely not be able to do much. The best I could do is stop mic-spammers/spammers in chat. Ill still do my best but don't be surprised if I am a bit slow to react to something while I am on the server. This is just my little forum post to allow for everyone to know why I may be a bit inactive for this weekend and or be a bit slow to react to situations in which I need to mute, gag, kick, etc. Thanks for reading and please never text while driving.

I don't know you that well honestly, but from what I've seen of you, you seem pretty cool. You can be silly at times but I don't believe I've ever seen you break rules or cause problems or anything like that. As for being blunt to people, I can see how you think that. I think you just happen to catch me on my low points but I will definitely work on improving that overall and trying to not be as negative per say. As for spamming Lenny faces. I can sort of agree with you there on something I have to work on. I don't think I really ever "spammed" Lenny binds but I do think I used them more than the average player. Definitely something I'll work on getter better at though. And as for being immature, yeah I agree with you there. I do however agree that if anything against the Discord TOS is posted, it needs to be addressed and handled accordingly, if the admins can't handle seeing that stuff, are they fit for the position?
