It's actually correct but I think learning German is really useless, especially if you're living somewhere in the U.S. Also it's not as easy as you have portrayed it ;).

I have no idea, I have never ever seen that item. I had no clue it existed. If you can equip it to your action slot, then there's probably a cvar you can change to make it available, but I'm not sure what it does at this point so I'd like someone else to give input. @mrnutty12 @Vexx @Sesh -

I've spoken to thunder, staff can just mute people if they ghost. However, apparently we do not have much staff that goes on DR so I'll disable it until we have a decent amount of staff to get on.
