+1 for unban. A longer ban such as a month would have served better due to the repeated offenses and nature of them, but a perm doesn't seem right considering the lengths of the previous bans regardless of what they "should" have been. In regards to the story, true or not you ultimately have responsibility for your account as stated, and honestly it would not have been a sufficient enough reasoning by itself.

Two public ones (Lolicon and Loli Scout Legionare) and one private one (The Original Lolicon). +1 Mostly for the reasons stated by Lan and Amy. We shouldn't shoot down everything that is perceived negatively, but when actual legal action has occurred over something like this, it does not make for a good image to essentially be promoting such. I'm also going to try and get a hold of @EyedJester to let him know about this so he can get his opinion out, as I don't believe he frequents the forums that much.

An event on the weekend I can actually show up to :eek:?! It'd be great to have an event night rolling again, but as it stands, why exclude it to ff2? It seems keeping things to a single server are only likely to increase people getting bored and dropping it sooner. Would there be any reason to not or any opposition to making this just a general tf2 event night and change servers weekly to ones that could use some more love? Ff2, jailbreak, tf2ware(Lol), and uberupgrades all seem like possible places to go.

On a more serious note, I'd like to start by saying the way you mentioned vargas came off as like an unnecessary jab and almost like pent up angst (of course im tired and light headed atm, so I could just be stupid). It also is a bit of a shame your activity died a bit after your demotion. You seem to be getting into things a bit more recently and im hoping to see you take your dominance again. Now off with the negative and on to the positive. I don't want to be repetitive of what everyone else has said, but simply put you deserve the position. You are plenty competent, know what you are doing, and frankly are overdue to get the spot back. +1 we need more good admins

Seems the new rainbowme command is causing the surf server to crash as soon as it is turned on. I'm not 100% on it at the moment, but just had it occur twice.

-1 for ban. Really there is nothing here that would cause a jump to a ban without any previous punishment/a much more notable history. Though the derogatory language and potential loop holing would certainly result in an on the spot warning and possibly gag, it's not something that would result in a ban unless it was persistent afterwards. To address the "Who has a huntsman" and other repeated phrases by this person in their chat history, there are only a few instances by the looks of it where they actually spammed, with most statements having ~30 seconds to a few minutes in between each. That being said, the situation for the chat spam would be exactly the same as that for the slurs regardless. Now there is the possibility that this person was just trolling, but with what is here there is no way to easily discern between such and just simply ignorance on their part. All in all, user should not be banned but defiantly the kind of behavior staff should keep their eyes open for and non-staff should be pointing out when staff aren't present.

I mean, yeah but....why though? Simply put this seems like something that would be better off as a different game mode/server entirely. The minigames always have seemed (to me at least) as more of a reward for having completed the map but not the main incentive for doing so. The incentive has always been running the map itself, and improving oneself at overcoming the various traps and obstacles in doing so. What's the point of reward without risk after all? Honestly something like this seems like it would be incredibly out of place to the typical atmosphere of the deathrun server, and could almost be potentially off putting for casual players who are joining the server for it's namesake. I don't know, I suppose i'll wait and see what others peoples opinions are on this, maybe most people wouldn't mind a break from the typical trap avoidance, but I still feel like this concept would be more befitting on it's own server separate from the deathrun maps entirely.

I'm gonna stay neutral on this one. I was considering giving you a minus one at first due to your behavior last night and choosing to be as obnoxious as possible with eating over the microphone after both being asked not to and all the other various warnings about micspam that had occurred. Your general attitude at getting muted didn't come off well either. Regardless of how you came off at that point in time, i'll be open minded enough to not judge you solely based of that singular moment. At all other points during the night you seemed to just be trying to both have fun yourself and increase the enjoyment of others.

Lot of good stuff here, looking forward to a lot of it. Tf2 donator reworks are much welcomed and seemingly a bit overdue (minecraft donator when?). I can totally get behind the removal of nofall for a variety of reasons, does this mean it will be removed from hub as well as from those who purchased it from such? Also, what are the reasons for removing medic shield? Seems unnecessary to me.

gtveon was doing things a bit differently about a week ago, leaving and rejoining the server to mess with the death selection cycle until it no longer selected anyone for blue, leading to the round to start with no one as death and just restart, repeating as such. Not long after a map change he managed to get himself put on the blue team while someone was already running. I was told he had a friend with him but didn't see anyone else by the time I got there. His chat log Player Chat History | Xeno Gamers also made it seem all the more likely he was doing it very much on purpose (not that I doubt he was). @Bello @Vexx Could we potentially get an extension on his ban at least (or possibly a perm), or should a separate thread be made for such a move?

Not to derail the thread but which of the bans was this, gtveon, nopethepope, or both? If it was gtveon there is more i'd like to address about him and possibly request his ban be extended
