guys go easy on him. it looks like he's new to the website and maybe even servers so he doesn't know exactly what the up and up is. He saw something he thought was bad and reported it no need to jump down his throat.

Title says it all. too many maps, some great, some bad, some horribly unoptimized. (not Hyrule that's it's own separate thing). here's a list of some maps I feel we should remove for the given reasons, to tidy up the map list and get rid of the bad stuff. here we go, in order I see them on the nominate list. 1. Mumbo's Mountain: just looks not great, small and awkward to traverse, we have way better banjo kazooie maps we don't need this just cause it's there 2. Freezeezy peak: better map, but runs absolutely horribly on a populated server 3. Rainbow Palace: ..umm for real why though? there's no land, it's too small, and you spend all you're time there falling in an existential hell. why did we add this though. plus nobody likes it 4. Blood Gulch: FOR REAL NOBODY LIKES THIS ONE. bland, weird proportions, gives off unfinished vibes 5. Aperture Science: we have a strictly better and more finished portal map. this one, kinda just sucks and doesn't get played. 6. Inkopolis: good detail, nice map, WAY too small for a server with 20+ 7. Morbias: I LOVE YOU SO MUCH BBY BUT NOBODY ELSE DOES YOU'RE COMICALLY TOO SMALL AND NEVER GET PICKED 8. Hyrule Castle (wind waker): doesn't run the best and the teles to the cool spots are broken, RIP sword room 9. SCP: good map but the spawns are basically hell, doesn't really get played because of it Those are the maps I feel like we don't need. note that these aren't maps I personally dislike, because Cyberpunk and Duketown aren't on here, those run well and get played. this list are the maps I feel are basically excess weight at this point, and I would bet the server get's better if we just straight up remove them. @Scootaloo @BelloWaldi @Goblins @Rejects @kbraszzz @Kypari @Vexx @Vixen @other TGH nerds

Once again, you act like you've done nothing wrong. Look man, if I join the servers and the first thing I see is "Bello is trying to demote me", I am trying to explain things to you. I told you that there's no need for a demotion if you'd just be active. Th e Screenshots were a perfect example. It does not matter whether you were good staff or not, I have not held a vendetta against you. I rarely get any answer from higher ups so I decided to make a post and about 12 people agreed with it, why are they not targetting you? How do they not care about promo demos? Instead, they use the it to make the server better to play on. I've only been here for 3 months, but they have been the best 3 months i've spent on the game.

First off, spawn killing isn't allowed on the surf server. If you read the motd (like you should of done), you would of been aware of consequences that would follow. Secondly, you evaded a ban? That's a big no-no. Evading punishment results in a ban. Currently you're banned for a day. If you would of listened in the first place, you wouldn't be in this situation. You could of just waited out the day ban, but I feel that the ban should be extended since you evaded. A 2 day ban seems like it would work fine. Thoughts on this @BelloWaldi?

Just gonna say that we have over 30 maps, do we really need that many? if we remove all of these, we'll still have over twenty and all of them will be good. the server was at it's peak at two seperate times while I've been here, one we had 1-3 maps, the other time we had 9-12. we can have a lot of maps but we need a standard of excellence. more maps doesn't mean the server is better.

imo, overwatch isn't a game that should be compared to tf2. tf2 and overwatch, while having fairly similar game modes and cartoony style, are nothing close to be similar at all. tf2, while having different and diverse characters like overwatch, has many for different purposes and the characters are much more different and situational than tf2. also, overwatch characters have (simplified) moba like abilities and ultimates (kinda like leagues QWER). to be skilled in tf2, you must have 3 things: good game sense, good movement, and good DM (basically ability to aim at people and kill). in overwatch, you must have situational awareness, game sense, movement for few characters, timing, and dm (but not nearly as much as tf2). Overwatch is more similar to fucking black ops 3 with how the characters are designed with abilities that must be charged up. overwatch works much more being compared to mobas and shooters with heroes, not classes. classes are much different than heroes. Like I previously stated, classes, like in tf2, usually only have different weapons and a unique ability. heroes, being founded in the rising fps hero genre and mobas, usually have a larger variety of abilities, majorly different weapons (some not being guns), and require the player to know when to use the right hero. The hero system is much more complicated than the class system, which is not bad nor good. now i know im being hypocritical because i just compared these games, and please refrain from toxicity if you criticize this post (which is perfectly fine in itself, im expecting my argument to have some flaws) but please stop comparing tf2 and overwatch so damn much lol.

I don't think adding a Pokemon map on TGH would be a great idea. If we added Lavender Town, what point would it be to have poketrade? Give some links to some new maps that we could put in, and maybe we could think them over. Again, this is if we decide to take the maps down or replace them.

I agree with the removal of Mumbo's Mountain Rainbow Palace Aperture Science Morbias SCP I am neutral on the rest since I do honestly not spend enough time on TGH to judge them, but these are just annoying.

As a support player, I agree completely. The team actually has to rely on a support, in some aspect. With TF2's Medic, you could totally just all play scout in a pub and go crazy with the health packs. I feel so much more impactful playing Lucio or Mercy.

How many times do I have to tell you this? I have nothing against you but if you do not play actively on our servers, you will be demoted. You don't believe me? -> When people press view game info of you, it doesn't show you in the list of people playing, meaning you didn't join a team at all and just idling at the motd screen. Here are some examples! I do not see how I am targetting you or anything, you are the one targetting me. Why am I bias when Rejects, Scoot and Kbraszzz also have a say in this? bi·as prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair. How do I have any kind of prejudice against you? Just because you were demoted for idling on the servers, which even glitches the calladmin bot, does not mean I am the bad guy here. What I "learned today" is that with people like you in charge of the servers, you'll get bitched at if you spectate to monitor the server for rule breakers and you'll get bitched at by people like @SnowyMinion if you play the fucking game and don't act on every fucking thing that you can't possibly always see.... You told me that what you considered idling (and then linked me the picture) was me having tf2 running without being in a game which you complained about to leikos that one fucking time I forgot to close the game out completely because the stupid popup about replays not saved.... I know I am a good staff, which is why I got promoted from mod to admin with 13 hrs/2 weeks, which is when you started you vendetta to get me demoted... which you can see by the post you made on that VERY promo/demo complaining about it, you even fucking apologized to me for monitoring my activity, when you clearly don't do it to everyone else. Scoot and KB aren't DM/DLs they don't fucking care about promo demos and rejects hasn't touched the game in over a month. The point is.... I have been told numerous times that I could watch the server in spectate by people I respect a lot more than you, because they have done more for this clan than you ever will. For some reason you decided that doing so was the same as being inactive.... it doesn't "glitch the calladmin" because I was fucking sitting there watching what was happening, I probably even have demos that can prove that I wasn't afk, but I could care less at proving anything to you. I don't care what you think, Bello, and even if you don't agree with me, the reason I left staff was because of your shit and the fact that moderating those servers is more of a chore than anything with you as a DM monitoring me for the moment I afk for 5 minutes to take a shit!
