Most servers get more populated during the summer, I'd say remove server until then and then see how it goes on its own. Though I see no problem with replacing it, we've had many other threads going over this exact thing, we even have a thread for requesting new game modes: What Gamemodes Do You Wanna Have?. With all these recent topics asking to replace/add new game modes, I see no problem with posting there instead.

Er I think there is a game mode for this already. Parkour fortress has been a thing for a while, albeit kind of a dead mode. Parkour Fortress - Official TF2 Wiki | Official Team Fortress Wiki Though it's probably not exactly what you guys are thinking of in this thread, just keep in mind how successful previous iterations of it was. I'd like to see the current focus of the servers be more in-line with what we have now, like finishing VSH.

If a normal user can look at someones TF2 activity and they think, "wow this guy is really inactive", they have every right to complain. The eyes of the community can always be judgemental ones, and they can at any point have their say in the matter. Just because it's determined by higher ups, doesn't mean people cannot voice their complaints about the inactivity, opinions are about the only thing people can give in terms of that. No, there's no point in witch-hunting for demotions, but you shouldn't tell people that they can't voice their opinion on others activity, even if it's wrong sometimes.

Even though you say you're not rude to staff members, any time I'm on at the same time as you, you never cease to leave me alone. I remember a time when you got stuck inside of a door as friendly, and you begged for my attention to "help you out" even though there were much more simple ways of going about it, and when I didn't help you, you yelled at me saying that I should "do my job" even though it was something that could simply be fixed by using the "kill" command in your console. You still have not changed from what I've seen, you still spam binds and complain when someone kills you, even calling that person names. -1 A:8/10 M:4/10 No, you are not a bad person, please do not go creating drama around this. Do not let my -1 get you down, but unfortunately I feel its best that you hear this to better yourself.
