After careful discussion with other higher ups, the decision has been made to permanently ban ManlyDuck from all TF2 servers. At this current time, no actions will be taken against him on forums. ManlyDuck as shown no remorse for his actions and has opted to instead deflect the current complaints, claiming his actions to be acceptable because they were "satire". Toxicity is toxicity, no matter how much you think you are simply pretending to be something you aren't. Constant use of derogatory terms such as "faggot" is in no way acceptable in our servers. Neither is instigation, which we consider trolling, such as constantly spamming binds after kills, picking fights, and being a general nuisance. But even worse than the offenses at hand are their constant repetition. The main reason the ban is being implemented is because the message clearly is not getting through. How many bans does it take to change someone? I honestly believe the answer shouldn't be five, but that's my opinion and others probably disagree. Had this been your first, or hell, even your second offense, we would have opted to be more lenient on the matter. But considering that you have been banned FIVE TIMES over the course of the last year for these exact reasons, we feel the message simply is not getting through to you. Even worse are the countless second chances, third chances, and 748th chances you've been given. We will tolerate it no more. Thread is now closed. No further discussion will be heard on the matter.

"YO CHILL BRO IT'S JUST A SATIRE BRO" seriously dude even if it's intended to be satire it just looks toxic and doesn't really look good in any way not to mention all your server chat is consistent of the annoying as fuck lennies that look like they have had several strokes and randumb quotes from other people who have insulted you etc. as one of the people who have warned you (to go in detail, I'm talking about the time you used racist slurs in your chat messages) I would say you are representing xG and it's servers terribly, even to the point where it's almost worse than how I did in 2014 In conclusion I think a little time for you to think about your mistakes and mature up at least slightly, should be given. Not necessarily a permanent one but rather one that's just long enough (what I have in mind is 2-3 months) +1

Well, i mean many people don't really know you and at times inappropriate for some threads, many people see that you got banned for disrespect and assume you are serious. Your intentions may be just joking but you need to recognize that not everyone sees it like that. I get this shit too, but at the same time you just gotta ignore them or call an admin. There's no point in responding back if they are just gonna act like man children, everyone here including my self had to deal with that shit and we all need to get better with it, but your remarks are pretty mad and can go over board. if you see someone calling you shit just get an admin or record and make a thread. okay im not sure if you are retarded or not, but my computer that plays csgo has been broken since December i am on a laptop that can not run the game and stepped down due to inability to fix my gaming laptop and therefore unable to play on the server. I can still hop in on the discussions forum side, which is what i am doing, but not being able to go on the server and punish people like you for breaking rules makes me being admin kind of pointless.

I mean, you actually did that a lot for no reason. If chat logs go back far enough I can get some text. (However I'm on my phone and would rather not do that on mobile) And in situations like that, ignore it. You're a big boy. I agree with this, but in this specific example the only orders were get to the table. To=on, yes? The orders were so vague that it's simply unfair to kill people over the specifics. Getting to the nearest table doesn't even imply they should be touching it, it just says a rough area. If he wanted them to be just barely touching it and not on it, he would need to specify. Nobody says "All t's freeze in main cell block" because they could go anywhere and then freeze. Nobody would give this order then kill t's in cell block because they meant something else, they would need to say it. It's the same case, if you want to nazi warden you should actually give fair orders, otherwise you're breaking the rules. I'm pretty sure this is how everyone enforces it now, and it was mostly the same in css.

It's an incredibly gray area for a lot of players, which is why I mentioned that he isn't wrong, but also isn't right. A large portion of Jailbreak Servers follow an invisible golden rule (even we do without knowing it) in that you don't do things that the Warden didn't tell you to do. It's a staple that every Server inadvertently follows, regardless of whether it is or isn't included in a set of rules. For instance; if a Warden instructs Ts to the bottom of the cell stairs, then by instinct we will all assume that if they get there and proceed to run up and down the stairs, they aren't following orders, and therefore should be killed. The Ts will argue that the Warden didn't say that they should freeze at the bottom of cell stairs, but the intention that they be at the bottom of the cell stairs until the next order is inadvertently implied. This can be applied to the scenario with the table as well in that they weren't explicitly told to stay off the tables, but it's implied that they shouldn't as it wasn't the Warden's explicit orders. Again, I'm not condoning this sort of stuff so much as I am just bringing to light what an annoyance it can be to moderate it for Staff. If I'm looking too deep into things, so be it, but I still think that "nazi wardening" should either be something mentioned in the rules or that it be written down somewhere so that these sort of things (unclear/fluctuating punishments for 'nazi wardening') can be prevented in the future. Though to be honest, this is just the CS:S in me, which may not be a good thing :coffee:

Teeeechnically it isn't. He isn't wrong, but that doesn't make him right. This is just a classic case of 'nazi wardening' which in itself isn't technically breaking the rules. It sort of falls into the category of tarping, if anything. Personally, I don't think that this sort of stuff should be allowed, and if it is, it should be one of those things that can only go into effect after a certain period of time, much like Simon Says, though that's up to the discretion of the Higher-Ups. That being said, I don't think he should be permanently CT banned, but if he is going to be punished for this sort of thing, it's worth noting that nazi wardening should be clarified on whether it's against the rules or if it can only be done at a certain time.

Regardless, typing it over and over is still taunting, i'm sorry if we share a different opinion but i just can't see how that is not instigation. but not with the others who were offended which is why this thread is here. I applaud you for fixing this with ohstopyou though. Please don't bring up other situations and compare them, it makes things more complicated and results in shit talking. If you take a look at the first two screenshots, you can clearly see that people can get easily offended by the stuff you're saying and whether it's satire or not, it's offensive and shows that you have not changed since your past five bans. Your actions - Your responsibility. It's your fault for not doing the right thing (i.e calling an admin who could have solved your issue). Most of this could have easily been avoided by calling an admin. Whether you start it or not, it seems like you provoke these situations by just continuing them. This really has to stop, and we've tried to stop it by banning you for five times now and it has not helped. It does not seem like you have changed your attitude. +1 for a ban but a perm is too much in my opinion.

@BullseyeX Honestly I think if you can't own up to your mistakes and wrong doings there is no reason to ever be CT again. You're using the rules as an excuse to get you out of a situation that was your fault.

We don't on csgo, atleast i never allowed that when i was on. thats basicly like go into medic on any map then killing people not on the ground but on a bed/chair w/e its still inside medic and following orders. this is a cop out and a way to let people like this kid who freekilled to get away with it. First off, I'll start by saying most of the stuff on the forum's satire, none of it is in intention of making any hate, nor flame any war or something in that fashion. Secondly, my actions on the server are so out of context, you see I always get shit for playing the game, and quite frankly I do not sit there and just read all the people hating for me playing, and when I say "get rekt" and "ezpz" I am pretty sure that isn't disrespect, for most of the other stuff, It's usually because I get told that I am either not good, or that I am a hacker, either way I never start things out of the blue, and yet again I state this one more time, most of the stuff is satire and out of context in the chat, in-game chat.

For some reason Demopan's speed has majorly decreased. Demopan is as slow as Heavydile. Not fixed. Her class is still set to scout, meaning that you can get 520 speed through !playpoints. (So change her class to sniper or something in the config files.) Here's my opinion. I've been playing with him for the past couple weeks and I don't think he's that bad of a guy. He uses that dry, punchy, satire-ish sense of humour that normally "triggers" people now-a-days. I mean look at that girl on youtube, Nicole Arbour?, who got attacked because her sense of humour. A few people hold grudges against him, and I have no clue why, as I skipped over half of this thread because it appeared to be bickering. However, I'd assume that it's because he's good at the game and it frustrates people, or the fact that he says "rekt" or whatever. Now, I wont name names, but I'd like to point out that at least half of you have done the same thing (whether it be retaliating, saying something rude after killing someone, or "triggering" someone because you're good at a game) and have little to no room to say that he should just hold his tongue in return. People have a habit now-a-days of not communicating their issues with people, but instead gathering up mountains of evidence to make the issue at hand seem worse. I thought everyone was going to make an effort to change that and actually try to communicate their issues before hand, rather than jumping aboard the ban train at a moments notice. ---------------------------------------- Now, here is what I have seen lately. I was on the pokemon server earlier this week, and I noticed something peculiar. ManlyDuck was on the server sniping, as well as talking to a few friends like a normal person would, when someone joined the server and started to attack him, without provocation. They said that he was a douchebag and a tryhard. The ironic thing is that ManlyDuck said nothing offensive back to them, nor had he said anything rude in the few hours earlier to that incident. If anything, he only said that he was bad and just playing the game. From my perspective, it appears that people are getting upset when he kills them (when numerous people have complained that we should literally have a rule that says if you complain, and don't use the friendly plugin, that you will get into trouble). --------------------------------------- As a final note, I'd like to point out a distinct lack of counter evidence. Obviously ManlyDuck isn't talking to himself. What are the other people saying to him that makes him respond like that? -------------------------------------- I vote -1 on the ban. I think that the higher ups should step back and think about this whole situation before we start jumping to conclusions.

But you ARE condoning this by defending him. I AS AN EX ADMIN am telling you this IS NOT ALLOWED and was enforced as such, he freekilled anybody who was on the table. YOU don't seem to understand there is no golden rule, he is trying to exploit something that doesnt exist and using it to freekill people without repercussions. and his first ban was basicly for the same thing, i had used it once, and then told people to not its a tarp order in a way so it didnt really need to be put in the rules imo.

Honestly I don't think the rules need to be any more specific unless you don't have common sense. 1 thing bullseye does when he is a T is always question the wardens commands or just be a smart ass. Example: Warden: All Ts bum rush to my beacon. Bullseye: Uhh that's not a beacon that's a marker so yeah *runs off because he thinks its a freeday because of that* Another Example: Warden: All Ts go into isolation Bullseye: "Warden didn't say by when so I'm just going to run and do my own thing because your a garbage CT." Gryfon's and probably a lot of other members/players have most likely seen this on jailbreak when bullseye is on.This constantly happens. Also tells people to kill themselves 24/7.

He has done these things(breaking the rules; massing, freekilling) before when he knows people are not recording and when there are no staff on. Then when staff are on he acts like he knows the rules and follows them when he really doesnt. I think a 2 week ban is necessary. He also says that he "reads the rules once per week" which I think is bullshit. +1 For temp ban/last warning
