Some titles are not refundable. When you buy a custom title, you get to pick whether it's gonna be a private or a public title and if you want it to be public you also get to choose the price and whether it's refundable and tradable or not.

First off @Sylux, saying "I was provoked into being toxic" isn't really helpful, what you can do instead of complaining about this ban request is that you can get proof as a counter argument and actually defend yourself. After watching the 20 minute video shown as proof, I have a few things I would also like to add before we come to a conclusion. I am also disappointed in the OP as there are many flaws in the given proof. One thing was that @Sylux was indeed provoked, as everybody criticising him was just as immature. It's also a problem that you didn't record your own mic, which I don't believe was intentional, however it does negatively effect your proof. Rule of thumb for Moderating: If you already had a dedicated group of haters or players who otherwise disliked you prior to being promoted, take that number and expect it to grow exponentially over the next little while. Staff Members are subjected to a lot of shit on a daily basis, and part of being a Staff Member is learning to cope with it and to act accordingly. That being said, it's completely understandable as I do recall a rather turbulent time for yourself during the Member/Moderation Submission(s) phase and I can certainly see why you would feel the way you do. With that in mind, that was in the past and it's a new year; if anything, take some time off to think about it before taking the plunge [stepping down]. There's nothing worse than getting a position you've wanted for a while and then stepping down when the going gets tough, only to realize that you were just getting used to the flow of things.

I would never of expected you to see you step down; especially after how many times you applied. When you are a mod; people aren't always going to like you. You have to expect that and accept that. Just saying. Sad to see you stepping down though.

Steam isn't going to do anything you must create a steam rep report which would essentially stop his trading all together. Please provide us with this information. This is to make sure he doesn't scam anyone else and punish him. Steam isn't the one who marks people but it's steam rep who does. We also want to gather information and evidence so said report can be valid. If you could also provide chat logs. That would be super. Edit: I shouldn't say steam would do nothing, if there is a very large scam and you provide ample amount of proof against the offender then I believe there is a chance the offender can be trade banned but its chance is unlikely.

I randomly joined the jb server forever ago when i first got my desktop (R.I.P Shittop 2012-2015.) I remember hating the server because i could not use guns until i found out you can go on blue. Joined blue, freekilled a bunch because i did not read rules and did not know what the hell I was doing. Got banned for a week after doing this for about 2 months on and off, came back to the server a couple months later under the name Ozzy Osbourne. Made fun of kbraszzles voice a bunch and was really fucking edgy. then after a couple weeks i got mad at @Matsi for killing me repeatedly, went full retard and got him votebanned for no reason. Got banned for 3 weeks, then after another couple of months came back as dethman. Grew the fuck up and made some friends on jailbreak (John Madden, @Bello, and speedy g were some) and applied for xG. Paid Admiral Samit and Swedish for vouches because i was desperate as fuck. Joined and the rest is history. Or i can tell you the other 2 times of leaving and coming back after a couple days.

Any language that uses pointers will always be my sworn enemy.

Hey everyone! I am in deep deep sh*t. on new years eve at around 10:30ish I had this guy add me and said he wanted to buy my Australium Professional killstreak Scattergun and my Unusual Thirst Blood effect Haunted Ghosts, for 250 dollars paypal... I checked his backpack.tf, his profile and everythi8ng seemed legit, but I don't know how they've done this but he's completely copied the actually persons profile somehow and that confused the shit outta me...anyway, he seemed legit and he made an offer for my items on steam and after chatting and chatting about how it works and if it is trustworthy.......I had to accept.... now I am actually completely poor, and mentally poor as well... I know asking for things is not the right thing to do but, I lost a 200 dollar backpack... and I'm asking the amazing community of xenogamers for help, just anything will help even one refined metal will go a long way. In deathrun you can rtd which means noclip, godmode, and toxic and other game breaking things. Unless these certain rtd's have been removed the whole thing should just we wiped from the server.
