Hard work and dedication - even through summer i go to a nearby gym and do workouts there. Eat good - You can have yourself a cheat day but not EVERY day is cheat day.

For something like this, stretches would probably be what you need. I am no doctor, but I know that stretching can help with stuff like this. Just google stretching techniques that work on lower abdomen/core. As far whole body workouts, I personally highly recommend swimming. It works out pretty much your entire body at the same time, is great exercise, and if you don't like sweating (like me) you are in a pool so it does not matter. I am aware it is starting to get colder out, so I suggest finding an aquatic center/indoor pool that you can swim laps in. You have no idea how many calories you burn swimming laps, and you really do feel healthy after every workout.

As I said, people on Pokemon weren't fond of spawn protection when it was added, so they had that rule put in place to make it easier for people to walk out of spawn without getting killed instantly by 10 sentries. TGH, on the other hand, has a very long protection duration. If you want to remove this rule from the server, you're going to have to increase spawn protection times on pokemon. I can barely even walk out of my spawn and rocket jump on to the trees with spawn protection.

While I can personally attest to his behavior, as a staff member, and agree he is very toxic. Reports do require evidence, nothing I have seen him do is toxic/bad enough to warrant any form of ban, as far as I'm concerned the only punishment he has warranted from what I witness is a warning here and there, and me explicitly stating that I will always fat man out him in 10mans where he is even more toxic than the servers (unfortunately that does not stop my scumbag team when I'm not the team captain)

No to perm but 100% +1 to temp ban. Toxic enough to make me not want to join if he's on, even just in discord

Have had many problem with him in the past. Have muted him on occasion so I can at least vouch for his toxicity. He also shows zero respect to anyone, unless they are staff in which case he will simply say 'hey just kidding!'. There are many other staff and members who can testify to his behavior. Not in favor of any sort of permanent ban, but I would be in favor of a temporary ban to hopefully get his attention and try to get him to clean up his act. tl;dr -1 to anything perm +1 to a temp ban

Give him your staff role, with great amounts of forum posts comes great responsibility. I just don't think you're ready to handle that yet ?

For those of you who don't know why this rule was added -- Our spawn protection exists, yes, but only for a very small time frame. By the time you walk out of the teleport spawns, your protection has already worn off or is about to wear off. Stickies, rockets, level 2+ sentries, etc. are able to push you back into your spawn, making it seemingly impossible to break spawn camps, thus ruining the aspect of fun some people may have. Not to mention destroying key buildings is incredibly hard because your view model is forced into a set position every time you walk out of spawn. We didn't increase spawn protection times back then because people will constantly whine about spawn protection being too long, thus ending up with the discussion being brought straight back onto the forums. If this rule were to be removed, you will most definitely have to increase spawn protection time, or you'll hear about it from someone, or a group of people, in the near future. If you're not willing to increase spawn protection times because of the whining that will ensue, then it's best to keep this rule in action. I don't care enough for TF2 in general anymore, so I couldn't care less which way it goes. Just something for people to chew on before they vote.

As much as it pains me to lose the market pan potential, random crits (or random anything tbh) are an unfun mechanic to deal with on any slot so +1.

Just had to reinstall steam which deleted my files, so in about 8 years when I finish redownloading all the server files again I'm in.

pokechu14 Admin I've been a admin of several different servers in the past, ive banned griefers hackers and the like.

It's the same plugin for tgh, where spawn camping is allowed btw. Now it's fixed so there's literally no use for this rule other than qqing about something. +1 remove outdated rule

Right now i squat 320 bench 235 incline 190 and powerclean 200 The running is a big plus but make sure you eat correctly.

Jesus fuck, man. After God knows how many threads, random melee crits were removed. It's nice that they finally change that after I leave the TF2 division. Maybe if I try enough, people will finally add Waifubot to the Discord : )

It's not uncommon for siblings to share an account. It's what my brothers and I did for the first few years. I wouldn't disagree that their post did come off as a bit hostile, as they did have to go the extra mile and add "deal with it."

How would you guys like to have a cinematic thread in the creative threads. People would share movie reviews or recommend tv shows. Aswell it could be the start of hosting a movie night. There are a lot of topics there and I feel this should be on too. Everybody likes movies so why not?

I don't mean to exactly derail, but would it be possible to lower the minimum time required to be active on the servers? I've seen more and more people applying with lower hours, but still being granted membership if they get a positive +1:-1 ratio. You don't really have to answer, but I'd like it if the higher-ups could at least bring it up in one their upcoming meetings or whatever you guys do to communicate.

The fact that you're 16 and still use the "word" "funner" makes me extremely doubtful that you're giving your actual age, or that you're just really good at making imaginary words. I could be wrong, though. I don't really know you, so I'll remain neutral for the time being.
