I can't say, I know, what's the best friend to everyone. Everyone has a different set of values and prefers different people. A good friend to me is someone, who will take time to listen to you and help you. Someone empathic to your problems, who will do more than just listen and say "Oh, that's horrible", or "That's great". It would be a person dedicated enough to not only listen to you, but understand and work with what you are telling them. Obligatorily, you'd also have to enjoy each others' company... There's a lot of granularity, I haven't touched on.

This is one art, I made a while ago.

It's like the 5 second rule. If you do anything gay, you'll have a window of about 5-10 seconds afterwards saying "No homo", and you're good. Though, if you kiss a guy, have sex with him, marry him etc. without saying no homo immediately, you are gay.

+1 Knows when to joke around and when stuff gets serious. I believe he is qualified for staff since he knows the rules and how to enforce them and he is extremely mature on the servers. I haven't been active as I was before, but red from the times I have seen him when I was playing is really fun to be around and generally is a great guy Good luck Miyuki!

delfino airstrip, nimbusland, and pretty much any other map that favors one team over the other and encourages sniper hell. I have zero patience for those shitty maps. Also delivery. That map is not good, those who say otherwise are either people saying for the meme or people with negative iq

Aquaticruin, Bunker, Clocktown to a minimum, Delivery, Delfino airstrip, Sollytude, and sometimes Rogueport, I don't really like these maps since I dislike the competitive side of TGH which most of these maps are, well except for Sollytude, I just hate medieval mode.
