Yes, and if you bothered to read why your other applications were closed, you would know that;

 

You are only allowed to have one member application open at a time. If your current member application gets rejected AND you have waited 30 days, then you can create a new thread. Consider this a warning not to post anymore member applications while your original one is still up.
