For anyone who hasn't seen it yet - News - In-Game Item Trading Update "In 2011, we added a feature to Steam that enabled users to trade in-game items as a way to make it easier for people to get the items they wanted in games featuring in-game economies. Since then a number of gambling sites started leveraging the Steam trading system, and there’s been some false assumptions about our involvement with these sites. We’d like to clarify that we have no business relationships with any of these sites. We have never received any revenue from them. And Steam does not have a system for turning in-game items into real world currency. These sites have basically pieced together their operations in a two-part fashion. First, they are using the OpenID API as a way for users to prove ownership of their Steam accounts and items. Any other information they obtain about a user's Steam account is either manually disclosed by the user or obtained from the user’s Steam Community profile (when the user has chosen to make their profile public). Second, they create automated Steam accounts that make the same web calls as individual Steam users. Using the OpenID API and making the same web calls as Steam users to run a gambling business is not allowed by our API nor our user agreements. We are going to start sending notices to these sites requesting they cease operations through Steam, and further pursue the matter as necessary. Users should probably consider this information as they manage their in-game item inventory and trade activity. -Erik Johnson" TL;DR - Valve is shutting down gambling sites using steam items. I was thinking we could get a plugin on the trade servers that allows you to inspect any weapon. I know it exists because I've seen it used on other servers before. Just a fun little plugin that people could enjoy.

+1 M:10 A:8 Vixen is the absolute best choice to have admin in a long while. He is perhaps the most unbias, nicest, and understanding person i have met on the forums despite dealing with shitty people everyday. I assure you, if he gets moderator he will eventually become one of the best admins xG has known. I have been trying to get this guys ass into xG for a long time and now that he finally has joined i can honestly say that it loosk great for xG Good luck vixen, do these servers proud.

0, from his past he can definitely get upset at small things and occasionally would scream into his mic, had issues with rules a few times too.. I also have a pretty good doubt in my mind that you're not 15.

You did threaten to leave SEVERAL times. Don't you remember when there was a member protest on Matsi? You literally said "If nothing gets done consider Bone's and my retirement." You don't see the difference between having fun and breaking rules. You asked me to make it a rule to not gag other staff members because it annoys you, I talked to several staff members about that and they called it laughable. You literally stalked the chat logs to monitor any activity. I'm not trying to justify abuse, but when it is something really minor and everybody is having fun, I do not see how anything is wrong about that. You even told me to "fix" a ban @Vexx dealt without even asking @Vexx for the context. Hell, I even told Parasect to change his behavoir because it annoyed you, but yet you still say I ignore you. You even called others out for accidently grabbing you once while you did it to me all the time. It just does not make sense overall. "Can you make it a rule for staff not to gag each other and tell them to grow the fuck up." You act really disrespectful and I do not appreciate that. First, I'd like to sincerely apologize to all of you for acting immature and childish. With all The incidents that happened On The servers and issues Ive approached Goblins and Bello with, which some they Just brushed off or ignored, I Was frustrated.. So I apologize for My actions and words.. The things that I said.. I am sincerely sorry. Though some or most of you think I shouldnt get mod again, quite frankly I disagree.. Sure I might come off as childish to some of you, But everyday I Try My best to keep our servers a friendly zone and a fun place for people to play on.. Sure that is part of a staffs job, but I find it as a personal and a human thing to do. I remember The times when I wa bullied and harassed On our servers Where they made fun of me being father-less or told me to burn in hell with my family, and even slayed twice by staff for not pocketing a medic. Harassment and bullying still happens on our servers @Hype @kiriy , which did my best to prevent and stop. I Just want to let our players enjoy their time On our servers and at times people ge unfair punishment which repels me.. The other staffs might Have fun gagging and muting their friends, But I guess it isn't for me.. But By all means if its for fun, I'm willing to let them do it as long as they Make sure The person they do it on, doesnt mind

Extra point calling the Division Leader of our division "unreasonable" doesn't help you at all. Scripting is still a form of cheating as we explained in the Asriel Dreemur thread. I don't understand why those who use it says it's not when in reality it does give an unfair advantage. Any form of cheating whether it be scripting or full spin botting on any server of ours is an instant perm from the servers regardless. I know for a fact you have seen us ban people for scripting so I don't understand why you think you would be an exception. Charles (Hexx) has been suspecting you of scripts for about 4 days now and I too saw what he was talking about after spectating you while disguised. -1 Sorry dude but I don't think we need anymore cheaters.
