In games that do not have dedicated servers we tend to stray away from, If there is a clan system or guild system in place in the game, You can always feel free to create XenoGamers clan's on that game, Just make sure you're representing the clan as you would on our other servers. So as far as getting a division for it, most likely not. If the clan gets enough interest in game we could always create a sub board on the forums for it =]

-1 I don't feel you have a fitting attitude for the title of a moderator from that comment alone. You seem hostile when someone brings up a past issue / comment / screenshot / anything that could be "bad" about you. Instead of being hostile, why not figure out more information about it, why said person brought it up (in a polite manor), or if they need more information on it.

Keep in mind that text is completely subjective in terms of comprehension guys. I could say "Fuck all of you." and mean that in the most sarcastic tone I have (without saying it), and it would still [most likely] be taken personally. That being said, @BullseyeX the reason that little outburst is relevant is because (at the time of the post) it was still there when this thread was made. Think of it this way: you wouldn't have something like that made publicly available if you wanted to demonstrate a professional demeanor, would you? Maybe it's no longer relevant and you no longer feel that way, but the fact of the matter is that it was still there which is why (correct me if I'm wrong) Snowy thought it should be brought to everyone's attention. Doesn't necessarily mean you still feel that way, but it is still very relevant (though personally not enough to justify a -1).

I'll break down what you said as an example, but do know that careless if you THINK you can't show emotion through text, it doesn't mean others don't read it like that. I suppose it would be best for you to specify. #1: To me this comes off as defensive, as if you're against me. Not working with me to come to a common goal or solve a problem. #2: Another defensive fact, but with the question mark, to me it adds a fair amount of hostility, as if you're on the offensive, looking to shoot down the comment. If you wanted to make even a megathread for it, you could use the MOBA (previously MMO) sub-forum or the Games and Consoles sub-forum and post your clan related info to join etc. in there.

Thanks for understanding. I feel like that time limit fits and will give me enough time to view some of the other members of xG warden for perspective and that will also give me enough time to reread the rules a few 1,000 more times.

If it is his only offense I +1 for unban in a month, but since @Warriorsfury was there I'll let him decide if be thinks the ban should be shortened or not. I personally think if he plays the servers for a month while teambanned that he will not likely break any rules again.

Going on teamspeak is just meant to let people know who you are and such to help you get it, its not actually required(if it was id have been demoted a long time ago(which should be happening soon anyway)). Unless its been changed, atleast. I wont vouch, since ive been inactive. I will say, you were really improving before my pc took a crap, and i believe you are capable of doing the job, but your maturity is what was the problem before. As long as maturity has improved, i think people should +1 you. Like i said, i would but doing so with my lack of activity doesnt seem right

I was the person who banned you. I'm going to post absolutely ALL evidence I have, then follow up by words as to what happened EXACTLY. I was not recording at the time. --- Unedited -- Pastebin between me and him AFTER HE LEFT THE SEVER. I want to make it clear WHEN he added me, i'm not bolding that to say he left. They can be talked to, to confirm that. Now the story. I will put what I see as ISSUES in bold and they will be addressed later on. BOT was doing trivia, all T's were lined up shoulder to shoulder on the line infront of cells on Parabellum and never said in ct chat what the prize was going to be (After asking multiple people who were ct if he did). After someone got the answer correct, BOT asked if they wanted to keep or pass the prize. I don't remember if it was kept or passed. After said person got the prize, (1) BOT then moved to the LEFT side of the line of T's (if facing cells) and proceeded to shoot down the line. After realizing what is happening, and after I was killed, I smited BOT and promptly perm ct banned him immediately after he was slain. (2) After being slain, something along the lines of "Whelp damn." and "I was close" was said, absolutely nothing else, in a span of about three minutes, after which he left the server, before the round had even ended. (As soon as I can speak to @Bleed or @Lithium and get FULL console logs, what he said exactly will be posted) After all that, he added me on steam, to which I accepted and that is where the chat from the pastebin ([MEDIA=pastebin]fX50EQVt[/MEDIA]) comes in. #1: What you did exactly here makes it look EXACTLY like a mass freekill. The guy who had one trivia (from what I remember, do NOT quote me on this) had never even stepped out of line either, which means he would have been killed too. You said nothing after the person accepted the prize, you went right to killing without a word. #2: You had AMPLE amount of time to type in admin chat, even type in dead chat (Since you know, we all were dead) to either talk to me, or even someone else, asking what happened, telling me why, or ANYTHING else. But you decided to say two things only, nothing else, then leave. #3: You are a member of xG and you mainly play on the Jailbreak server on csgo. I would expect better of you, especially if you feel/know you made a mistake. I cannot say you should know every rule like the back of your hand, even I went to @Rabid asking questions about Trivia after it happened. But you should have handled this way better. Also. I'm barely going to -1. It definitely breaks some maps, and some maps we have would be more fun with objectives. And I have a lot of good memories on TGH with objectives enabled, especially on lava giant and saturn valley. The issue is RTD, which we would never get rid off. The ctf mode was broken the second someone rolled Noclip. And godmode or lucky sandwich would end any chance at a fair koth game. I know RTD is for random shit like that, and that case could be made, but having lives through it once I can say it's way more trouble than it's worth. Bringing back a server with custom maps not limited to gaming and points enabled like rotation history to replace one of our dead servers though, I'd +1 the shit out of that.

They were disabled for a reason, nobody likes or really wants to play objectives on a trade server, -1.

I'll +1 for a shortened ban. It clearly wasn't on purpose, and I don't think that it's fair that he stays permanently banned. I once banned some RANDOM kid for mass, but his ban was shortened due to him being new and not knowing the rules. If this kid's ban was shortened, someone who comes on our servers frequently, and CT's frequently, should definitely have a shortened ban. I personally recommend 1-2 weeks, but I feel that 1 month is the longest it should be.

So if its being interpreted one or two times as you coming off as an ass it might be an excuse it but when you have constantly been argumentative, confrontational, and defensive its just your attitude thats the problem and not the way we interpret it. I do not think you are fit to be staff. I can only imagine the problems that would happen. There have already been issues with other staff with attitude problems getting staff and we've suffered the consequences because the inevitable shitstorm happened. There isn't a way I can see you getting mod anytime soon. It doesn't matter how well you know the rules. That is not the only thing that goes into being a staff member. This may come off as aggressive but you have been told numerous times about your attitude and it really hasn't changed that much and it doesn't seem like you are getting the message. People skills and attitude are 2 of the most important things to have in staff members and you lack in those two categories. I'm sorry but I don't feel comfortable giving a very short fuse powers.
