That's a cool idea. Would be the same as spawning a boss, something you do to spice up the server, right? So who would get the permission to use the command in that case? Staff? Donators?

Well, think about why so many people are on a trade server but not actually trading in the first place. If they want objectives, they could just play casual mode or even TF2center. I think it's because the trade servers provide a place to sort of relax and wind down. You could be fighting one minute and then making a huge dancing line the next. While enabling objectives would be fun and all, it might also detract from this experience. Just something to consider.

If you're using Google Chrome, then you go: Preferences > Settings > Advanced > Privacy & Security > Content Settings > Notifications and you can disable them from there.

+1 I know Lan, and he's basically going to do what he says. Yes, poke-trade is often left unstaffed, and whenever I decide to pop by, Lan was most often there. He's been around for a long time and knows the rules well. He's funny, yet also intelligent. Yeah it's broke! Well, this explains why Mario is a dispenser for BLU lol. A PL map on TGH sounds fun though. If it can be fixed we wouldn't have a problem with this map, other than it maybe being a little dense.

There's an exploit I just found on clickclockwood. It allows you to exit the map, and even build stuff under it. If a boss is spawned (only works with Merasmus and Monoculos), the bomb book thingy will spawn when they are killed, and if you touch it you teleport underneath the map and can build there. Thankfully, this is pretty harmless and you can't wrangle sentries to attack people from underneath the map like you could in many official maps. Just thought you guys should know about it, just in case.

So apparently there's this map in the TGH rotation, I believe it's called simply "donkeykong" and it's broken. Red team's spawn is literally inside blue's spawn, so red team can't leave spawn while blue just grinds them for kills. Also, the map itself is pretty short and uninteresting. It's literally just original donkey kong map with black walls surrounding it. Finally, MARIO IS A DISPENSER. For which team? Blue of course!

There's a lot of good points here on both sides. I see I was one of the few who voted to actually change the chatroom, and here's why: 1) Having an 18+ chat is practical for discussing things like M rated games, or making dirty jokes, whatever else. Because the chat asks you to claim your age as 18 before entering, like others have said, it's your responsibility for whatever you may see in the chat. 2) However, it goes against what xG is to have any kind of 18+ content (supposedly :p). Nevertheless, because it asks for you to claim your age this is a totally OK exception in my eyes. Regardless, the no 18+ content rule's purpose, in my eyes, is to disallow and prevent the promotion of things like pornography, people making death threats, harassment/bullying, etc. My concern is that this chatroom is just going to turn into a porn dump and a great place for people to spew negativity simply because they can do so behind a keyboard. I don't think that's the way we want to be seen as a community. Basically, after looking at these facts, I'm totally ok with the chatroom, provided people don't abuse it. I'd like to see a few rules added to the room such as no porn, no child porn, etc. (unless these already exist and I'm just dumb :p) That's the only thing I'd like to see changed. A line drawn somewhere.

Oh yeah I've encountered this too. Usually I can just fix it by respawning via the /kill command and the weapon (sticky jumper, in my case) works normally again.

Wow, thanks for all the vouches guys! I'm surprised so many of you are eager just to bump be up to DL. :eek: If you guys actually trust me that much, great! The more permissions I have the easier it will be to get things done. That being said, I'd still be fine sticking with DM. Well, it's actually hard for me to say because I have no idea what kind of access Minecraft DL has over DM. Whatever's convinient for @Amylicious and @XHina_sanX works for me. There's something @TheSupremePatriot brought up which I probably should've mentioned in my application; If you were the author of a guide, I will always ask you before I would edit it, and also tell you what edits I would be making (unless the author has left the clan). It's just courtesy, right? :P
