yum being admin abused?

hi. i have no physical proof of this but I never lie and will state the exact admin abuse that has occurred from memory. I understand that having no proof may disapprove my authenticity, but I feel I have been wronged and will post this to ensure admins do not abuse their power towards players like I have been.

 

(CS;GO) I was playing simon says. my exact order was "simon says you must jump after ever ORDER". simple as that, and repeated twice because I knew players would not understand that even after a non-simon says order, they must jump. I killed 3 players who did NOT jump after i said a simple order "crouch" (with no simon says). only one jumped, so i killed 3 of them who did not. one of them happened to be admin:xG| aki0 [[a few seconds after this I was slayed]]

 

2 rounds after xG|M nova was warden, and i was still on CT side. nova was playing simon says. later during the game he said "simon says all T's will now be referred to as "akios". the next command nova said was "all akios crouch". so i killed 3 terrorists who have crouched with no "simon says" in front of his order. after a few seconds i was slayed,

 

after that slay i was asking in team chat @why was i slayed? he would not respond with a reason to why I have been slayed.. nova said on voice chat that it was not him. many rounds later xG|M nova got a response from xG|aki0 saying "yum free killed.''

 

the round after xG|M nova was warden, xG|shentrunks was warden. after his first orders were given, he said "can CT's please open cells?" so me and some other guy happened to shoot open the cells at the SAME TIME. I was slayed for cell spamming, because i was the second to shoot open the cells.

 

the round RIGHT AFTER xG|shentrunks was warden, I was warden. I was quite angry at this point. I specifically told CT's that I will open the cells only because I do not want 2 CT's to try open the cells and get 'freeslayed'.. as SOON as i said that, i was slayed again by xG|aki0.after this slay happened both xG|shentrunks and xG|M nova was saying "wtf why did yum get slayed"

 

after this round, i was angry and wondering why I was slayed. i said in team chat to admins @stop fucking free slaying me. i was immediately kicked by xG|aki0 and his reason for kicking me was "read the rules". so i rejoined onto the terrorist side, typed !guard and ended up being a CT again. i would state exactly why i was free slayed on the voice chat while I was CT and he MUTED me. i typed in team chat to nova who was CT to unmute me and he did.

 

xG|aki0 then began to troll me.

i asked "why the fuck am i being free slayed 3 times in a row?"

he said "read the rules yum"

i responded "i know the rules like the back of my dick"[because i do know the rules , i have been playing here for over 6 months]

then i kept complaining about being freeslayed

xG|aki0: stop playing dumb yum

I said "how the fuck am i playing dumb?"

xG|aki0: watch your temper or I will ban you

 

so after all this bullshit i just said

 

"ok whatever i'm done with this"

"i'm over it"

 

because i did not want to get banned

 

then aki0 left the server soon after.

 

i'm truly surprised that you'd let such a person have admin power on your server.

I understand that I have no physical proof of this happening.

 

I just wish that in the future no admin may abuse his powers towards any person.

 

This is the exact order in which things have occured and there are statements left out which I cannot recall.

 

but I swear that everything said in this post is true.

It was late, I'm not gonna lie half the time I was bored, tired, and did abuse partially. But I do remember slaying him for freekilling. I no longer have the patience/motivation to moderate the cs go server. I do remember being one of the first people modding during the night hours/ and received no promotion. Consider this my resignation as mod.

As someone that's on the server all too much, and someone that didn't see whatever happened in the OP, I can say that yum does screw and freekill/break rules every once in awhile. That said, I never think it's actually intentional. Whenever he does, he's sure that he didn't, and he seems sincere in his certainty. Nevertheless, yum, you need to pay more attention to what you are doing as warden, especially since you warden a lot (typically late at night when there is little moderation going on). You also knowingly press the boundaries of the rules, sometimes crossing them while barely walking along them at other times. It's really hard to come up with a set of hardline rules that apply perfectly in every situation. As such, the rules will not account for every possible act of asshattery. Just because it isn't expressly banned, or the wording is such that you can get away with something that is douchey does not mean that you should feel fine about doing it. The general and overriding unwritten rule is "don't be a douche". Keep that in mind when you are trying to figure whether something is or is not against the rules. The admins are allowed some discretion when enforcing the rules, and all players should use some discretion when they want to do something that doesn't look to be expressly forbidden by the rules. If you aren't sure whether something is or is not allowed, and you think that it is something that would annoy you if it was done to you, then err on the side of caution and assume that it isn't allowed.

 

90-95% of the time, you're a decent warden, and decent wardens are something the server always needs. Just don't settle for 90-95%, please. You normally think that I'm just trolling you when I complain about the rules, but I rarely troll like that. If I do, it's completely obvious. For instance, if I were to yell freekill after you shot me while I was shooting at you. If I say that I'm not trolling, then I'm not trolling.

one time, i free killed on accident and didn't slay myself cause I was the only one with a mic on CT. after that, you kept complaining. i still slayed myself afterwards. i remember this because before i slayed myself, i said 'here ill slay myself to shut your bitch ass up'.

you forget to mention that when i do accidentally free kill, i always slay myself.

and as far as broken rules, i know them very well and do not break them intentionally.

 

one time you spammed 'YUM IS CAMPING OUTSIDE ARMORY, SLAY HIM'. i said 'don't use the word if you don't know what it means. camping = staying within 10 feet of the same spot for over 15 seconds.' and your reply was "im using the term camp in the way it is generally accepted in the gaming community" with your response, i assume you saw that i was moving around in the same general area 10 feet away from the original spot every 15 seconds.

you wished to have the admin slay me for not breaking any rules.
