Resize For Donators

I think that torso, hands, etc should be unlocked for uber donators. It honestly doesn't cause any harm it just makes you look like an autsitic prick. So yeah do that

If there's a cap. because /resizetorso and /resizehands are not like the other commands. other than the immediate /resizeme shrink, the /resizehands /resizetorso commands slowly get smaller. therefore, if they do 55 instead of 5, it will take a good 3 minutes to shrink. If there's a cap of like 5 or 10 I'm down for this. +1
