Ay, so I've made like 3 of these in the past few weeks, saying im taking a break, then that im stepping down, and now that I'm leaving altogether. So eh, this is gonna be super edgy and stuff, you see? :DDD But rly, I've made some good friends here, and I've made some enemies here, and it's time for me to leave that all behind me. I will keep talking to some people through steam, but you won't be seeing me at all in tf2. I just want to apologize to all the people I may have been rude to throughout my time here, and hope that someday you may forgive me. Good luck to everyone with any future goals/plans that you may conceive. I was the person who banned you. I'm going to post absolutely ALL evidence I have, then follow up by words as to what happened EXACTLY. I was not recording at the time. --- Unedited -- Pastebin between me and him AFTER HE LEFT THE SEVER. I want to make it clear WHEN he added me, i'm not bolding that to say he left. [MEDIA=pastebin]fX50EQVt[/MEDIA] --- Screenshots of who was killed --- Six killed BEFORE he was slain --- --- Picture of WHO WAS ON, when the event happened (For witnesses if needed) --- --- Now I ALSO went into to speak to Bleed, Pepper, and around SIX other people to discuss punishment. They can be talked to, to confirm that. Now the story. I will put what I see as ISSUES in bold and they will be addressed later on. BOT was doing trivia, all T's were lined up shoulder to shoulder on the line infront of cells on Parabellum and never said in ct chat what the prize was going to be (After asking multiple people who were ct if he did). After someone got the answer correct, BOT asked if they wanted to keep or pass the prize. I don't remember if it was kept or passed. After said person got the prize, (1) BOT then moved to the LEFT side of the line of T's (if facing cells) and proceeded to shoot down the line. After realizing what is happening, and after I was killed, I smited BOT and promptly perm ct banned him immediately after he was slain. (2) After being slain, something along the lines of "Whelp damn." and "I was close" was said, absolutely nothing else, in a span of about three minutes, after which he left the server, before the round had even ended. (As soon as I can speak to @Bleed or @Lithium and get FULL console logs, what he said exactly will be posted) After all that, he added me on steam, to which I accepted and that is where the chat from the pastebin ([MEDIA=pastebin]fX50EQVt[/MEDIA]) comes in. #1: What you did exactly here makes it look EXACTLY like a mass freekill. The guy who had one trivia (from what I remember, do NOT quote me on this) had never even stepped out of line either, which means he would have been killed too. You said nothing after the person accepted the prize, you went right to killing without a word. #2: You had AMPLE amount of time to type in admin chat, even type in dead chat (Since you know, we all were dead) to either talk to me, or even someone else, asking what happened, telling me why, or ANYTHING else. But you decided to say two things only, nothing else, then leave. #3: You are a member of xG and you mainly play on the Jailbreak server on csgo. I would expect better of you, especially if you feel/know you made a mistake. I cannot say you should know every rule like the back of your hand, even I went to @Rabid asking questions about Trivia after it happened. But you should have handled this way better. Also. I'll +1 for a shortened ban. It clearly wasn't on purpose, and I don't think that it's fair that he stays permanently banned. I once banned some RANDOM kid for mass, but his ban was shortened due to him being new and not knowing the rules. If this kid's ban was shortened, someone who comes on our servers frequently, and CT's frequently, should definitely have a shortened ban. I personally recommend 1-2 weeks, but I feel that 1 month is the longest it should be.

You commited a mass freekill (act of freekilling more than 3 people in a row) and you were teambanned for it, if you show us on the servers that you know the rules you will be unbanned from blue team eventually, I said this several times in the server and I'll say it again; Read the rules before joining blue team. Rules of jailbreak can be found by clicking here ----> TF2 Jailbreak Rules or by typing !motd on our jailbreak server chat

Wait, what? @Hushpuppy @PyroBunny do you all actually think it is allowed to make reds kill certain blues? You can not be serious about that lmao We (as in staff members) sometimes do that against rule breakers or other staff members for shits and giggles but fuck no it's not allowed for anyone to do that at any point if said person is someone you are in contact with and you know they would be ok would it, obviously its fine and if it's someone breaking rules or someone who should be slain/teamswitched, it is ok to grab him and feed him to the reds but no, other than that you can not be allowed to make reds kill a certain blue

@PyroBunny That whole "following warden's orders" thing is bullsh!t when the warden arbitrarily decides they want to get someone on their own team killed. "Crouch walk to obby" is very different from "kill Hero, he can't fight back". At best, I'd call that a grey area not covered by the rules ... at worst, I'd call it trolling and give that warden a warning. Regardless, he can't order the other guards to do anything that would endanger their life -- he's just the warden, not "god for the day". Sure, the prisoners have to obey the warden, but I'd be hella triggered if you or anyone decides to suddenly backstab me. I don't see a premeditated mass freekill here, I see a guard who reacted to his leader screwing him over. If anyone, the warden's the one at fault here. @Vector @Aegean @Goblin @mrnutty12 @Rejects Correct me if I'm wrong here, as I'm relatively inexperienced with JB. That's my opinion loosely based on my understanding of the rules.

Are you choosing not to read between the lines? Yes he freekilled, but the warden's orders were clearly invalid as your Division leader has stated that ordering reds to kill a blue is a form of teamkilling. He was put in a shitty situation and it was due to rules being broken from the Warden. Clearly it wasn't malicious intent or being ignorant of the rules so I don't see the harm in unbanning him unless you can explain why the warden can break rules and everyone who thought it was okay to break those rules doesn't get punished but the blue who was in the shitty end gets banned.

I'd recommend a post on the TF2 section to clarify the rule since Hushpuppy and other members apparently thought this is a valid rule. Also I'm +1 to unbanning him since it just seems he was put into a bad situation with no good outcome. Your call though

As you said, it's not written in stone but we could add a rule to make it more clear. I personally thought our "No teamkilling"-rule implies that giving orders to kill other blues is forbidden. However, I agree that it's very vague and we should clarify it.

What orders wasn't he following? Because if he was not around the warden and just playing map games, you could of warned him to come back or be slayed and if he didn't. If the warden made an official order to kill a blue, i would think i have a right to defend myself. +1 for shorting teamban to a week and +1 to rule saying you can't order reds to kill another blue.

What kind of logic is that? It's literally baiting people to mass-freekill, as well as ruining the fun for a single player. If what you're saying is true, that reds were ordered to kill this person (if he didn't break rules such as baiting, and even then it can still cause a mass freekill), then an immediate unban should be given. I really want to see the justification for this ban.

It didnt help that none of you including supermaddud had 0 experience with running a minecraft server, and when a plugin failed to work with another plugin you guys got rid of that plugin cause you had no idea what you were doing. Not trying to be offensive here, but seriously, none of you had any motivation,strive, or knowledge of what you were doing :/
