Alright well I think this topic is over and done with, as no one is adding anything more to the conversation then what has already been said. People keep mentioning that we shouldn't ban the word outright or not let people say autist or autism which isn't what we proposed at all, so you guys don't need to worry. @Rabid I dunno why you're acting like you have a 0 tolerency for the N word all of a sudden when Mince says FUCK YOU NIGG*R sometimes as a joke in our channel and we all laugh and you've never once opened your mouth about it, or all the racist shit we used to say to Jerome as a joke? All of a sudden the other people are frail little white children who don't care about people they offend and they just sling the N word around? Give me a break. Also you're saying exactly what they were trying to discuss, calling an idiot an Autist (when there are legitimate people diagnosed with autism) because you are insulting that said idiot is demeaning to people with autism and that is what this whole conversation is about. You are using their mental condition as a form of insult. I'm not saying by any means I have not used autistic in the past as an insult towards others but that is why this conversation is good to have. Our disrespect rule in my opinion protects our members quite well, and I will discuss with the higher-ups and also be pretty active in our TF2, CS:GO and Minecraft division servers and see if there is an issue, and if I do find something or hear something from the other staff then we can bring this topic to light again at another time. I appreciate everyone's feedback, and just a little message to everyone, when there are differing opinions, you can give feedback after putting yourself in the other person's shoes instead of thinking your way is the only way. ~Closed

I'm making this thread to get ideas about ways to make players read the motd before getting onto blue. I've seen far too many bans that just consist of new players joining the server and either glitching onto blue or using the command and not knowing the rules/freekilling. I just want to get ideas for a fix, I dont think it will be fixed in a day but it helps to get ideas for it. My idea is once a blue is brought over to the blue team from the queue then it could force the motd to open. I know someone could close it but that would give someone a chance who doesnt know the rules but wants to play correctly to read them. Any ideas, I would love to get other opinions.

This thread Honestly though, you act like the mods wouldn't be more serious about punishments for you when you've been on the servers long enough to know the rules. Also funny that this thread comes after your application thread failed.

Lets be honest here. You are extremely toxic. You are constantly trolling, spamming chat/mic or being an ass to other players in game. Eventually it gets to the point where other players can't be nice to you because you treat most regulars on our servers like complete shit. You average something like 3 mutes a day, which is completely insane. You've had plenty of warnings, but for some reason you just don't get it. Staff tries to be as transparent and unbiased as possible, but when the majority of the community is tired of the way you act, you are going to get more attention from staff compared to any other user that breaks the occasional rule or two. You are welcome back in a month, hopefully you've cooled down a bit if you decide to.

So, I remember suggesting something like this last year for the same reason, and let's be honest, 99% of the people dont read the motd, I've seen people that are regulars for months and fun to play with, and yet break several (minor) rules over and over, why? because the motd window itself takes time to load, and it usually get mistaken to be just an ad or "message of the day" but not the rules, just you press space twice and that's it, and even if you go through it, it's tl:dr for someone being on the server and wanting to play.. So, what I suggest, and think it would be a good idea, is to fix the queue for joining guard, yesterday, I was on jb1 late night with @Thunder , and we came to a point where that are 5 guards and 6 reds, we kept asking people to read the rules and switch back to red team, but we couldnt do much and the server died quickly after that. We should make it clear that glitching to ct is breaking a MAJOR rule, I remember that in vsh, we had that Box with 5 or 6 lines, that shows up on the left at the start of each round, reminding people of the major rules, we should do the same for Jb1,it sticks there and it's more efficient that "!motd to read the rules" message on screen, it should be something likes this : Major rules of the server,!motd to read more : As Blu 1- Type !guard to join Blu, glitching will be punished 2- Make sure you know all the rules and have a good mic 3- Do not re-enter armory 4- Do not run away during a warday, during a normal day, stay with the reds unless you're pursuing a rebel 5- Freehitting and freekilling is not acceptable, team killing will get you slain 6- Make sure you take warden and give orders before the cells are open As Red Delaying, detouring, camping etc ...

I really don't want to spoil anything but you really have to try, because at the moment there are so many servers that are just dead and no one ever does anything about it apart from turn it into another server and let it die again. At the moment it's just wasting money keeping the servers. If there is a rotation history I will play it a lot but as much as I hope it gets populated I just don't see it happening :L

It takes virtually zero effort to put a small picture of a black line whenever his name pops up. And I personally dont really like the videos that are similar. It's fine to find the situation hilarious it's another to record edit and upload and sharing it so everyone can see. Because xg doesn't want immature people representing it's community. We have been through so much similar shit that we try so hard to become better people. Also if people like you and are all for you being a member then you deserve it. It gives community input on how this person behaves and whether or not he deserves to be a member.

xG already has a no disrespect rule. If someone is being offended by a derogatory term that is said towards them, that person can always notify staff in admin chat. "Autistic" or any varient of the word should not be restricted due to the simple fact it will lead to restricting every little thing that offends people or that people find disrespectful. This is why the disrespect rule was put in place among other reasons to cater to such situations.

Your idea is okay, but they really should read the rules before even being moved over to Blu. The player (like you said) could just have the MOTD pop-up and the player would just close it. Maybe if we can set the MOTD to have a timer before the player has the ability to close it, then that would probably work. I'm not too sure if that is possible though.

There are times however where they are rude to the other players. It is understandable to get frustrated, but that doesn't justify rude behaviour. -1 to neutralize my older comment as I ponder this a bit.

My opinion isnt a popular one, so I may receive hate for this, if always been one to speak my mind however. I feel that the core value xG holds is respect. Respect for boundaries and respect for each other. We don't tolerate bad behaviour because this is a clan built on morals and ethics. I have known snowy for a while now, however I have only seen two sides to her: the rule enforcing side which is fine and well, and the more abrasive side. I considered looking past it, as maybe I am missing a piece of the puzzle, However when I retracted my vote to consider her a tad more, not to say no, just to think, she disrespected my desition, and claimed it boring. These symbols are in the negative section, which is where my problem is. The amount of negative reflects what quality of a person I am and she knew this and used this as apposed to waiting out my response. And it is this that makes me feel she does not respect me.

TL;DR If you have complex passwords and cant remember them, use a password manager. LastPass | Password Manager, Auto Form Filler, Random Password Generator & Secure Digital Wallet App - A web-based password manager that allows you to sort through websites online. Best Password Manager & Secure Digital Wallet | Dashlane - This also works, except this one goes onto your machine. Same purpose. Also run some virus scans using malware bytes. Change your password for steam, and look through your task manager for suspicious activities running in the background. This is assuming you don't already use them. And just having a password'd .zip or .txt file doesn't make it secure in the slightest. You could literally run JohnTheRipper password cracker on it and get it easily. Good luck, fuck the commies.

I try to I mean I really try to cheer some people up but then they start dragging me down and Its very depressing XenoGamers, Was my very first Jailbreak and minigames server, I loved it till i got a mic, After I got a mic I would take and fuck words up. Then I would get bullied for that. Also recently I was muted for "singling a player out" When whenever i join People fucking Singling me out but the mods don't do shit, When i was banned i was banned for trolling panda, I SWEAR TO YOU, if anyone else did that the mods would've left. I try to get a new start and drift away from my past but this server doesn't let me. Btw i wont be joining, so im just going to say this Steven BIG MIDDLE FUCKING FINGER TO YOU
