i personally feel i should be higher on the tier list/not in that grouping I am in, although I haven't been able to really play CS the last month or so because of moving soooooo... I would atleast rate myself in the B grouping. especially considering I 2-1'd danny in a 1v1

yeah imma +1 this. Its extremely unfun, there's nothing to do, the spawns literally look at each other allowing for some intense sniper camping, it's just a bad experience of a map.
