The Type of rule in question: No Griefing

The rule in question (if applicable): "3. Stealing the items of a person's unlocked chest is DISALLOWED (unless noted with a sign)"

Your suggestion: My suggestion is that you can steal from any chest not protected. My reason for this is that if your too stupid to lock your chest using the system, you should be punished. Basically will eliminate the idiots from the server if it comes to it.

Any other person comments: Personally I +1 heavily on this idea.
