better quality???

Does anyone know how to make the quality of a custom spray better looking?

 

The picture may look fine in Imgur (below) but in game its bad. help?

1. Using Photoshop cs5.

2. Not using any pictures just my own work.

3. I have to save it as a Targa. Because its Transparent

maybe because its 500x500, so it get rized to 250x something.

and wtf is Targa.? I only use png for tranparents

Counter Strike Source doesn't take PNG Images for me? So I have to use Targa to make it transparnet.
