My PC got hijacked

On Thursday January 10th, I was looking at some music when my pc suddenly lags out. I turn it off then back on and I get a screen saying that my computer has been blocked from being used. This program otherwise known as the money pack virus posed as the FBi saying that I either,had child porn on my computer, had illegal software on my computer or had pirated music, movies on my pc. The screen as showed my ip and where i lived. I could not exit this page and turning off my pc did not help. The screen said that I needed to pay $300 so i do not go to jail and I only had 48 hours to so. By buying something called a moneypack card. At this point I did not think it was real when the screen said I had to pay money to the u.s goverment for a crime I did not commit? So i When onto anothor computer and got my pc fixed and everything.

If anyone has gotten anything from me or seen me on anything last night that was not me and it was whoever hijacked my pc. Do not open anything I may of sent you on Thursday. I had this virus from 4:30 to 9:15 pm

I have experienced the same problem once B4. What you will need to do is use another account on that computer, and do a virus scan, and then remove the virus. It should only take one try based on the virus killer used. I know you got it fixed, but this is Justin Case it happens again.

 

Maybe your methods were diffrnt, but thats what i did
