Cosmics Fixed

I've been noticing the Hat & Mics not being show in the Jailbreak server. Found a temporary fix for it.

Open console --> Type : record demo --> Type : stop

After that the cosmics should goes back to the players. This will only fix for the round, if it happen again just do the same thing.

This should done the same thing too all the servers in tf2.
