My computer crashed. (for you techies the thermal paste came undone) I'm sending it off for repairs in the next few days. Won't be back for about 2 weeks. Unless my little brother lets me on his computer. Like he is now.

Wait... Thermal paste is between the CPU (or some other chip) and a heatsink (which is typically also screwed on or attached by some other mechanical means). If someone said "your thermal paste came off" you should have picked your computer and beat them with it.

The heatsink literally came off of the CPU.

the screws are fine. the heatsink came off of the mount. If they think it's my fault, then it can cost me up to 300 dolllars.
