Crab knife fight, playermodels of both t and ct turn into famous crabs ex. Mr. Crabs, head crab, or any old crab crawling on the beach.

Crabs are forced to left knife and crouch at all times.

cameras of both characters are turned to the left so it looks like they are walking sideways.

How about Chicken fight? Basically the t and ct choose one player to respawn, and at random, one of them is on the top or bottom. Then the one's on the top have to knife it out to the death with the bottom ones controlling where they go. It's completely possible :p
