I've tried to Google it and found this number (0:0:18903845) In my steam files but it still says that it's in the incorrect format when I try to change my profile. What exactly am I supposed to put in there?

Go to steam friends, click on community home, copy the url. Then paste it in the website above, and it'll give you the correct steam Id format.
