MC LWC admin

im an admin on mc and idk if this is true or not but am i supossed to have lwc admin? because people (usually owners of a town) ask me to get rid of a lock on a chest on one of his chest that someone locked but i always say i cant because i dont have the right powers. i used to have it till the new map.
