Just watched the demo:

Judging by round one, offender does obviously not understand the rules. (i.e he re-enters armoury and freekills)

When it comes to round two, he just goes straight ahead and kills, as stated, four people with the rocket launcher, which is considered mass-freekilling.

Offender has to face a permanent CT ban.
