Free Killstreak Effects For All? Or Stay Staff Only?

on trade gaming history, staff can give themselves killstreak effects for free with /kson, and i have seen a lot of server regulars that want this plugin to be for everybody. it doesn't affect gameplay or give people an advantage, and a lot of people would be happy if it became available for everyone. so what does everyone else think?

it doesnt mess with actual scores, just the streak.

I don't think everyone should be able to use the command but I think the staff should be able to trigger it on other people themselves. Currently you can only target yourself with the command.

I think something only staff should have because it would be so messed up with everyone with eye effects geting killed all the time and bitching about how they have to retype the command

I think it should retain to be mod so that way you can actually work for the killstreaker effect. I dont have a pro killstreak to show other people my effect without me EARNING it
